Evergreen - Coffee Shop + Boutique Hotel

I love cold brew coffee and I was excited to try one here. Saw on the menu that they served "sweet cold brew". Cold brew, simple syrup, chicory and half and half. It was so good. Fair pricing, clean, very nice and knowledgeable staff. I also read that some of their profits go to charity. 5/5 would go again.

this was my home base for cafes for a long time. so happy for the new management and it’s such a beautiful, creative space. the toast is incredible for avocado or even just butter. coffee is obviously on point.

Very trendy, cute cafe. The coffee was okay and pastries were tasty. Avocado toast was just a little too salty.

Dang it… this place is tasty and nice and clean and up to date. The reason I say dang it is this- it’s my second time coming in trying something new and they have yummy looking baked goods on the counter to the right in a glass box.. great yay! :). Well there was a huge fly in the box, that’s okay just get it out throw your baked goods away and put new baked goods.. I told the short haired blonde cashier/ barista and she said “oh great, thanks”. And opens the box and gets the fly out and then Customers come up and order some baked goods and she gives them Baked goods that had a fly on it!! I tried to call but there is no number and everyone looked busy. So .. there you go.. watch out for the baked goods on the counter I guess. Aside from that everything has been delicious 🤤

Can't believe how good their breakfast waffle and prosciutto toast tasted! Their menu selection is very simple, but you can tell that every ingredient is unique, taste and of good quality. Roasting equipment is nicely displayed. No WiFi available.

This is a great coffee shop if you truly love coffee. They don't make many of the sugar oriented blended coffee/milkshakes that are popular at many coffee shops. They roast their own coffee in in-house and make delicious cappuccino's, lattes, and all the classics.

They also function as a nonprofit, so supporting this local business also supports charity... Innovations housing I believe.

Super great coffee and knowledgeable staff. Their food is unreal. Great third wave style coffee roasted to perfection.

This review is long overdue, but our experience at Evergreen was absolutely lovely. My partner and I had broken down while driving through Redding and walked to Evergreen while waiting for our rig to be done in the shop. We hung out here for a few hours, drinking an espresso/filter drip/one & one (all quite tasty), we chatted with the baristas and roaster about their coffee, and left feeling like the staff was real cool to us. We enjoyed every part of our visit here, from the decor to the folks to the coffee to the merch. They were so compassionate towards us in the midst of our unplanned detour into Redding, and made us feel incredibly comfortable and welcome in the (beautiful and tastefully decorated) space.

Stunning shop. Delicious in house roasted coffee. The staff was cool. Music was a vibe. The owners are a vibe. The place is a vibe. Try the drip coffee. They had Guatemala on drip and it was superb I had no problem throwing 3 back. ;)
