A friend told me about this place and my wife and I were so excited to try it. At the entrance is a large sign stating the mask requirement, which is in effect in all of Coachella Valley, and I believe all of California. We went inside and the first thing I noticed was that the employee behind the counter was not wearing a mask. The second thing I noticed was a man placing his order with his mask around his chin. We did not feel safe and were disappointed that this business was not taking the masking requirements seriously. We left and never got to experience this café. It looked good, but we did not appreciate this business’s reluctance to follow the Pandemic protocols that are required to keep their customers and employees safe, the same protocols that they posted at the entrance.
