Steeltown Coffee & Tea

Just passing through--surprised and pleased at the flavor and craft of my plain whole milk latte. Clearly a good roast, plenty of crema, and a nice creamy microfoam. Nature's Nectar in Seward, AK does a more stable, almost whipped cream, microfoam, but other than that, this is one of the ten best lattes I've had on a road trip. In 250,000 miles of road tripping, for reference ;-).

A sparkling gem of a business, anchoring a slew of great cafés and restaurants in the revitilized Pittsburg Old Town district. Great staff, personable, good music and coffee/ tea drinks. Need to expand sandwich/ food menu.

Great quality cup of coffee, the owner knows his coffee. Will have to visit again. All was excited that they offer the Areopress for coffee brewing method.

Great coffee for those who care about quality. They have a quiet, comfortable ambiance. For those who like to read, there's a bookshelf.
