The workers are great, the location is pretty cool, but from what I’ve witnessed on a couple accounts: the top management needs improvement. Also the quality of the drinks could be taken up a notch because there’s nothing really special about it.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good eats make this a great place to grab your favorite caffeine beverage and do some work on their Wi-Fi

this establishment was becoming one of my favorites, however after my experience today with the owner / manger I feel differently. A different guest accidentally took my coffee & walked over to find a table. they called her back over then proceeded to hand me the same coffee she was just holding. I kindly asked my drink to be remade then was judgmentally asked why. I expressed I did not feel comfortable taking the coffee and the owner / manager said “well I gave it to you because she was just holding it.” Another member of the staff remade my drink and upon thanking them I was met with another unnecessary remark. The owner / manager said “be careful touching the door on the way out” as I turned to leave. My request was reasonable and the owner / manager was completely disrespectful. I am unsure if I will return after this experience.

Always get the Honeybadger latte! Paninis are also good and clean environment.

Owner and crew always on the same page. Consistant quality food and drinks with a perfect customer experience. Thank you for adding another great staple to old town pittsburg. You provide the best coffee and tea in town no doubt about it.

Friendly staff with really good and potent black coffee. The pastries are also very good. It's also a good place to read a book, or peruse your Wi-Fi enabled device.
