Service was slow, theyre real busy but coffee was amazing. I got two! Pumpkin Chai latte and the vanilla latte with oatmilk. Got "the brekky", was good. Bread was not as fresh as could be and there was no syrup on the sausage as the recipe said but was still delicious. The sitting area is awesome, the artwork super unique and adds a fantasy vibe. Love this place! Will be back

Food was good and so was the coffee! Not a complete fan of the vanilla but the latte was super smooth! Service was also totally understandable and still pretty fast considering the place was packed. That said, this place is better as an in & out cafe.

Only giving lower stars because I went looking for a chill place "good for studying" like the reviews said, but the vibe was totally off. Not the business's fault, but it was super loud and there were some especially loud guests that went so far as standing up and raising their voices to talk to each other. That seems to be the sort of crowd the cafe attracts. The music was also more pop/upbeat and loud (New Jeans & D.O. surprised me though! 💕) than what I was hoping for. Left after only maybe 20 minutes of trying to do school work due to the noise, probably won't go back but wish them the best!

Best coffee, food and atmosphere in this area by far… love the breakfast sandwich it’s like a gourmet sausage egg McMuffin …nothing comes close for many many miles. Family owned and operated and staff are really friendly. Will definitely be going back!

If your love of coffee has plateaued, visit them and fall in love again !

10 times better than Starbucks (coming from a one time fan)
I drink their blacks now, but coz my frnd really stressed to try their cappuccino and voila !!

Glad I was able to pop in before their 1PM close. That is a tad bit early for those traveling but they were so sweet and accommodating. I got a perfectly done iced decaf americano and suuuuper soft buttery croissant. They kindly obliged to give some jam to spruce it up a little as I was sad to have just missed the last almond croissant. Plenty of seating for throes who like to hang out or need to study.

Their food and drinks are so good. I previously left a bad review because they used to take a long time to make your drinks and food. They still take a moment but they have gotten much faster so i deleted my review and am now leaving a better review. Worth the wait for the breakfast sandwich and lattes on this side of the east bay.

Just a 4 minute drive off of the freeway; only two minutes past Starbucks, and ooooooh so worth it! This place is such a gem. There's street parking both in front and behind the café. We stopped here on a road trip heading to Mount Lassen, by now that I've found this place, any time I'm northbound on 80 I'll be stopping here. I ordered the avocado toast with a poached egg. The egg was poached to perfection! And the toast is no ordinary toast - it's a thick slice with a sweet crust. There's ample avocado and I think they used a garlic salt, which complimented all of the flavors so perfectly. It didn't stop there either, because the service is great. It seems like everyone here actually enjoys working here, their interactions were welcoming and fun. I'm in the process of planning a road trip just so I can come back here.

Best coffee shop - atmosphere, employees, comfort, coffee, clientele - ever. Only place I go when travel to Pinole from Chicago. Used to live here. Tell everyone about it!
