I’ve been here a couple of times while I’ve been looking for a place in the area. The first time was nothing special but I decided to try again, because I know it’s easy to have one bad experience. But this time it was awful. It was if I was a bother for them to even answer simple questions. Both girls at the counter were so off putting. The owner was scurrying around. I knew it was him as I had read an article about him. He saw me waiting for quite a long time and never would even look up. The food I got was just terrible and dry and over cooked. I love a good coffee shop and will be reviewing one down the road from here that I just love. But this one was bad for me.

Very friendly staff and a cool place to work. Their teas and burritos were great too. Could do with a better variety of food and drinks.

By far the best espresso we had in LA during our 5 days (and there was some stiff competition!)
This open warehouse-like coffee roaster shared space with a small brewery. Coffee in the morning, beer/cider/wine in the afternoon. It was a welcoming and unique setup. The barista was kind and patient (even when we showed up a minute after opening to get our caffine fix). The baked goods were tasty and better than traditional store bought but not quite homemade level. We enjoyed cortados (whole and Oat milk) as well as a shot of espresso. All 3 were smooth, full bodied, and slightly floral but not too floral. Overall stopping by this roaster set the morning up very well!

High recommend their drip coffee. So good and fresh. Very fragrant light roast coffee. But don’t get the ricotta toast, pricy and doesn’t taste well.

First-time customer and I enjoyed every minute. The coffee and breakfast were everything I needed in the moment. Every single person was so nice. Love it.

A MUST VISIT.
I wish I lived a bit closer cause I think this is my new favorite coffee spot. I tried two seasonal options (Cinnamon Toast Crunch iced latte and the matcha/ginger beer) and both were fantastic. Although it sounds very sweet I found the Cinnamon Toast latte to be rather balanced and loved the rich, creamy texture. I would describe the matcha/ginger as a “pleasant shock”, the flavors nicely complement one another it’s definitely refreshing, it’s definitely a strong taste and not for everyone (mom did not love it) but I’m really happy with it and think it’s pair with a sand which or something nicely.
GREAT STAFF TOO! Jackie (the manager) was kind enough to advise me on other local coffee shops I might enjoy a visit to and Car gave me a mini tour of his chocolate making process. Even with their CoVid partial closure, just walking in, you can feel that this is a space with people who care about their community and the products they are crafting.

Great coffee, great service and they have a cool food pop up when I went. Both the food and drinks were delicious and definitely well made.

The place is huge! A lot of space and tables are nice and big. This is such a great place to sit and study or do work.

I wish this place is open longer on weekends! I would literally sit here all day to study for exams because it would be a great access to good food and drinks! And since there are so many tables and chairs, I would not feel bad claiming one for hours!

Nice atmosphere with plenty of places to sit and work. Decent coffee. They offer food items but they are so often out of stock—like any single item is out of stock half the time—that it can be a bit annoying.

Huge, spacious coffee shop that looks like it's combined with a brewery. Drinks were a bit mild, and the internet is slow/spotty and there weren't enough outlets in my opinion so maybe not the best place to hunker down and get work done, but great for catching up with friends or spending some time offline

When it comes to coffee places, the atmosphere and quality come to mind first, Rosebud is no exception. I only know about this place because I used to ride my bike around town. I only wish I had stopped by sooner, because everything inside is absolutely stellar. There is no better place to take a break and enjoy high quality drinks and food. The staff are also nothing but friendly. If you stop by you won't be disappointed.
