I usually judge a coffee shops quality based on how they make a cappuccino, and for a chain coffee shop, theirs was great. Good service. A bit busy so be patient.

I noticed that you are still not taking cash and I assume that is because of the covid pandemic. It is kind of frustrating that you won't take American currency but at the same time your employees won't enforce the mask wearing mandate and allow customers to walking maskless but won't take cash, this seems very counter productive and unsafe by your standards. You're more than welcome to look at your security footage on May 18th approximately 1230pn there was a woman and a man that both were at the store without a mask not once did I see any of the employees asked them to put on their masks.

Great coffee they mix up orders though or forget to give you some items you paid for.

As always great tasting coffee, good coffee don't give you heart burn like Starbucks.

Only very small coffee cups no large coffee taste weird they don't allow u to pay w cash only card because of covid i mean seriously thats rediculous.what about when u go to bank u touch money just use friggin antibacterial wipes unbelievable i went 1 time never again ...that place should be coffee bean there .💔😥👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Excellent coffee, no burnt aftertaste. Try the breakfast wrap or toast with honey, goat cheese and lavender. Yummy. Friendly staff and curbside pickup.

Service was very good, friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, both the latte and breakfast items were unremarkable. I was excited that klatch opened this new location and had high expectations.

The coffee cups have a vent on top for the steam and it makes it easier to drink. There is no slurping because the air exits through the top, not your mouth. Only in Pasadena.
