Dutch Bros Coffee

Amazing staff! I had never been to a Dutch Bros. They only had Starbucks in the area I came from. I asked them what was the closest thing to what I usually order at Starbucks. Not only were theu helpful and nice, they gave me my drink free as a Welcome to Dutch Bros/Paradise. AND they have kid drinks! I'm definitely comie back!

Our Paradise Dutch Bros crew is by far the friendliest and most enthusiastic group of people I have ever met. I love their energy, it always helps boost your mood almost as much as the coffee!

I used to LOVE Dutch Bros on a regular basis. Lately, like the last dozen or so times, they can't seem to get my order right for love or money. What's more, they don't really seem to care about it either. The last two times I've had to complain to the franchise just to get a decent response. I don't want freebies, I just want my drink made the way I order it. Maybe if the staff weren't so consistently trying to make time with each other, they could oh, I don't know... do their jobs? Just a thought. I'm all for friendly and fun, but it's STILL a job and you should STILL try to actually do it right, after all that's what you're paid for.

To busy ! They charged me for quad shot what got was hardly more then flavored water and not even very well flavored. Dutch Bros is a great place for drive through drinks just not the one in Paradise Ca.

There was a long line at the drive up,and the girl took my order before I got to the window, and asked if I wanted to pay right now, and I had cash but she said that they were only taking cards. That is way wrong!!!
I won't be going back, and I am going to warn my friends who still use CASH!!!!!

Closed till the 17 because of staffing? I see the same people there everyday . Why not just say someone came down with covid . Closed 14 days lol lost me as a customer .

This visit would have been 5 stars but they forgot the whip on our drinks, however, they are always friendly and the drinks are pretty good.

The employees are some of the nicest kids and the service is always quick...my dog loves the pupacino and dog biscuits they spoil her with too🐾😁
