Peet's Coffee

There's no indoor seating here so definitely more of a grab-and-go place. Oak Milk Latte is always consistently made and online orders are always ready within a couple of minutes.

Awful service. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, left without my order. They first make delivery orders and only then start working on in-house ones. If you don’t want to wait 15-20 minutes, don’t come
to this place

I got so lucky that this place is near my house and on my way to work. When I rush and have no time to make coffee at home - Peet's coffee is my place to go. Staff is so wonderful and friendly. Always put a smile on my face. Thank you!

We just ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and peppermint white mocha. They forgot the peppermint. If they were busy I would understand but they weren’t. Ruined my day!!!!

The staff is wonderful, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. No bathroom, no indoor seating at all, only one small table outside.

Fun staff and there are enough places around to sit and enjoy your drinks.

This is a great shop in Palo Alto (of which there are many), I wish they had indoor seating but the crew is so nice at that it's forgivable!
