The environment and service is pretty good. But the food is really below average. Last time I ordered banana split crepe, it tasted below average, this time I ordered vegetarian crepe, still taste really below average, also, this crepe tasted like they forgot to put salt.

I like the taste but bad service and quite high price. I had asked for iced (the receipt said iced) but they gave me a hot cup, and then simply added ice to a steaming cup instead of re-doing.

Cute place, and I can't wait to try the arepas. But all I got this time was a ($5) Vietnamese iced coffee, and it was super watery. Wasn't expecting this from a place that also offers a triple-shot latte, plus Vietnamese coffee drinks are really strong in my experience (that's what I was hoping for).

Beautiful place with a happy fun and chill vibe to it. It was very busy on a Friday morning but we didn't have to wait long to get our breakfast. Arepa, croissant sandwich and coffee was really good.
Must come back to try different pastries and other dishes on the menu.

Very nice place with lots of seating.
Pleasant Latin American atmosphere. Good food.

It took a full hour to get our food after ordering. The food was just okay. I filled out a survey and complained. Corporate did offer a credit for $25 if I downloaded their app and confirmed the download. That was kind and good customer service follow-up, but I don't have any interest in trying again. I will not be returning.

Ordered the veggie crunch wrap and had nothing but mostly lettuce in it. Very overpriced and tasteless.

Great vibe, coupa has probably the best Soy Chai I ever tried. Love their Tiger Spice.

Update (Aug-23, 2020): the cheapest Arepa is now $12.95...

Coupa is one of those timeless Palo Alto spots, one that survives the ups and downs of the economy. I have come there since 2007, and the food and attention remains as great as ever.

As someone born in Venezuela I can attest to how authentically Venezuelan the food is. The only reason I don't give it five stars is the prices: $12 for an arepa is simply crazy, and it's the reason I only come here once in a while.

Amazing spot, great people, and the ambient is incredible. But the only thing that kind of upset me was that is label as Venezuelan restaurant and they only have arepas -_- and they are ok.... and the rest is like a a Starbucks...
That's it lol great spot besides that :)
