They place is reminiscent of a modern mom and pop diner. The service is nice, polite and attentive. It was busy and it did seem to take a while to get our food but once it arrived it was hot, perfect and delicious.

There is really no area to wait other than right at the entrance door which is really not ideal at all. Our wait time was a bit more than I would've liked honestly. Food was good no complaints there. They need to reorganize the area a little and that will make customers feel less uncomfortable and sitting way too tightly packed.

Not a bad place to eat but they lack the attention to the details to be great.
They face the buttered toast with the butter out so it gets on your hands when you eat. Buttered sides should go together.
Most special items in the menu are marked no substitutes allowed. This is a fail. Most every place around is like Burger King, have it your way.

LOVE CHELLY'S!!!! The waffles, hash browns, and bacon are THE BEST I've had from any breakfast place I've eaten at in CA thus far! Hubby and I go often for the food, service and OMG the daily fresh squeezed ORANGE JUICE is worth bottling and putting in the grocery store!!! 😋 See you soon Chelly's!!

Went in to place an order to go...was confusing trying to figure out who was going to take our order. After that, the wait was only 15 minutes, and our sandwiches were yummy. The fruit was ripe and cut into decent sized pieces. They included napkins and forks without us having to ask for them.

The food was good and customer service was great! Not much space, small but clean. My country fried steak and pancakes were on the dry side. I'd come back here again and try something else, nice little cafe.

One of the best food here. The only thing lacking was the service. We forgot our food on the table and came back from the car within 5 minutes and it was discarded. The whole box full of great meal!

The food was disgusting and the service was really bad they were rude and ignored when we tried to ask something and it was extremely hot.
