Cheerful staff, very fast drive-thru service & reasonable prices. Glad to have an option near my office that isn't Starbucks or convenience store coffee.

Very good drinks with baristas who know how to make them. They are much better than chain store Dunkin' Donuts that's in the next lot

The Caramel Blondie Chiller with whip cream is my absolute favorite! Really love this cute little coffee bar. It's nice that it's a simple drive-thru with an easy to read and understand menu. The staff here are pretty friendly and they're really good at getting customers their orders pretty quickly, even on busy days! While I the wait times on busy days aren't too horrible, it would be nice if they had a speaker on their outdoor menu, to take orders. Even two outdoor menus with speakers might help traffic flow better. But regardless, I've never had to wait any longer than 5-7 or so minutes to get my order! Great coffee, cute little building and very convenient location with good staff.

Paid $8 and left a tip for an extra large white out hot. Got a plain black coffee instead. Drove all the way there for my wife’s coffee, and this is the second week in a row they got it wrong

We weren’t going to wait because the line was so long but we decided to give it a chance. The drinks are great but my husband didn’t enjoy it much because they didn’t really have the coffee taste. I got the caramel blonde. I enjoyed it.

So this place only half rocks I’m sure I’m talking for a few people out there so ima say they are late once a week so that means people are going to be late to work now not only that they are pissssst off driving now...an have to go to Starbucks okay i get it your late every now an again...but this is kinda ridiculous i just feel sorry for the people that cant go back an get it,cuz they have nothing to do...but i doubt it most people at 5am are going to work but hey maybe you will read this and just fix the problem...5/1/22 since the new manager started they been open on time an the drinks are on point, I have seen a positive change so two stars for that! 12/7/22 back to half rock in again..late,broken machine,can't figure out how to make my wife's drink and does anyone know what a mad wife who's coffee is f'd up trust me u don't..and then she's so loyal (stubborn)she won't just go somewhere else..so having said all that it must be good when it's good!

Really good coffee, but only when u get a really good barista. Two times, i think, i had a young lady that could have been new, maybe having a bad day, or no one knows. However, every other time I’ve ordered here (several times), the beverages were perfect temps and delicious. I would highly recommend BlackRock Coffee.

Great coffee, many options, wonderful and excellent service. Always worth the wait, it will go by quick I promise!! ☺️☺️☺️

Again, with this plaza I think the only thing people come here for during the day is this coffee shop. The location is a little bad and the lines are long but it is totally worth it to wait because even though it’s a small team of girls working at any given time, they are always busy af working hard while also making the line go by fast. They definitely make the best of what they have. Thanks guys! We love the coffee

This place is awesome! The employees are always friendly very laid back sort of atmosphere and best part is a drive through with very little line. Better than starbucks, in my opinion, and it's much more reasonable in terms of prices.
