Great spot. Easy access. Been here a couple times and always happy with the flavor and quality. Staff are wonderful.

Great coffee. Quick service and no line on a Sunday morning. Neighborhood is a little iffy. We took the coffee around the corner to firebrand artisan breads.

Great coffee, Try the red bay coffee. This place is a must try for coffee enthusiast visiting the area.

This is a great outdoor spot with some delicious lattes. They craft their lattes with love, so please be patient. I would not recommend coming if you are looking for a in&out type situation.

Their drinks are delicious and therefore, take a little time (less than a few minutes), but I know for some people that is too long of a wait.

And if you work in the wait time it is so worth it to come & get a drink here.

Consistent service, good quality, well priced. I especially love that their packaging is all compostable.

These people are very unsanitary. Yes, the coffee is good but they sit your coffee out uncovered next to several other people coffee. Everyone is clustering over your coffee as they try to figure out which one is theirs. Upon comment they get very passive aggressive. This seems like a mild request given the fact that we are in a pandemic. I will not be returning. Customer service is horrid.

Baristas here really know their stuff. I appreciate their help when selecting beans for brewing at home. They have given great grind setting advice to help get the most out of their coffee!!!

Favorite black owned coffee and lattes in the Bay Area!!! The only place I buy my coffee - prices vary per bag but they will individually grind your coffee to your satisfaction. All drinks are hand crafted, made fresh. Must try

I visited this morning because it was my last Sunday in town, and I had a gift card. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I figured hot chocolate would be a nice detour on my way to church. When I went to pay, the barista was unsure how to process gift card payments with their new system, and decided to give me my drink for free. The hot chocolate was good, and now my unused gift card will go to a friend who enjoys coffee, and whom I will encourage to make purchases beyond the balance of the card.

Red bay is my go to coffee spot in my neighborhood. The coffee box is so convenient. I go every weekend for a cold brew and a bag of beans! It's the perfect covid spot since the hive has a ton of socially distant outdoor seating, and with the coffee box you never even have to go inside anywhere!
