Finished my drink before I remembered to take a pic, but definitely a cool joint to hit up. Staff is super friendly and hip. Definitely try the Milky Way

Just tried to call a couple of times to bring to someone's attention that my Orbit breakfast burrito today fell far short of its usual high and very tasty standard (I'm a neighborhood regular). But no one picked up and my call was forwarded to an already full mailbox. My sad burrito was presented as a weirdly rounded product wrapped with what appeared to be already used/crumpled foil. Its 2 halves were messily smashed together; the tepid filling tasted half-cooked. Into the compost pile it went. What's happenning over there?! Hope this was a one-time event. But I won't be giving it another try any time soon.

I went 2 days in a row at around 10 A.M. and it was never open. I don't recommend stoping there it's a waste of time.

Had to visit the nearby emergency vet. While waiting, walked to Orbit for a coffee and snack. Ordered a cappuccino and a breakfast sandwich.
The plusses: staff were friendly and gracious, even though the menu offered didn't line up well with my needs.
The minuses:
- Nondairy options were only soy or almond, both potential allergens. I can tolerate almond, so requested that.
- Sandwiches all include cheese, and they come pre-assembled. Kudos to the staff for clearly describing this to me, and for removing the slice of cheese before warming my sandwich. Thank you.
- The cappuccino was scalding hot, definitely hotter than recommended brewing temperature. I wasn't expecting that, so I took a big sip and burnt my tongue. The roast of the beans is also quite dark, it honestly tastes burnt to me. Though of course my taste buds are at lower capacity after getting burnt.
- The breakfast sandwich on brioche roll was equivalent to what one might find at a 7-11. Given the high reviews, I was expecting better.
Overall pretty mediocre, I wouldn't go back.

Love the donuts!!! And their coffee will most definitely keep you going thru the graveyard shift.

First off this place was smaller then expected. When i pulled up at 8am they were still "closed" the worker walked out and said that they were going to be opened for another 10-15 mins because they were late. Then it seemed like they were trying to train a new person and just seemed like they didnt care. Then they were out of a lot of there product. My wife had to change her order 3 times due to not having breakfast sandwhiches in. Not to mention they were kind of rude to the door dashers that had shown up, telling them that there door dash tablet wasnt even turned on. I will not be coming back to this location, I will give the other locations a chance to see if they can make up for this location.

Donuts were kinda cold. Also, I bought a container of iced coffee for home which had a use by date of later this month (11/23). I opened it earlier this week, 11/2, and it was already bad.

Great tasting coffee, out of this world ambience.

The product is fine but the service is VERY SLOW. I looked at the time I placed my order and the time I received it: 15 minutes...for 1 medium vietnamese coffee. I didn't get any fancy drink and I got no food. 15 mins for an iced coffee? Too slow. The other location downtown is a bit faster.

Don’t go on a Sunday. Went to two different locations that said they were open and they’re closed.
