Blue Bottle Coffee

Had the regular NOLA but it tasted of spices when I had specifically asked for none.

Great coffee, slow service.
I think this workers here don’t like Latin man. Everyone that ordered after me got their drink and when I asked for mine they said “sorry, we got to do the drinks in order” so I tell them that is was exactly the point of my complaint. They looked at each other and laughed.
I will never go back to any of Oakland locations. Too bad because coffee is made right but management is terrible. Don’t loose your time going there, unless you are white.

I've been coming here nearly every workday for the last few weeks. The staff are all very friendly and inviting. I usually get tea, as opposed to coffee, but their tea is really favorful - something that always gets me going in the morning. The space is very open, with plenty of seating for the volume of customers they routinely have, most of which buy to go. I've only used their bathrooms twice, but each time the space was surprisingly clean, considering there are no locks on the doors (big difference compared to places like Starbucks which require keys or combinations to access their bathrooms).

Overall, if you are one for picking up a cup of Joe in the morning - or if you're a tea drinker like me - I definitely recommend this spot!

Company can't send tracking numbers, no customer service, no communication. eat one

High prices.
Slow service.
No customizations (go to Starbucks for some menu choice)
Don't take cash.
Don't offer a receipt unless you give their marketing your email address.
Coffee was not worth the price and was not really hot.
All these things were blamed on coronavirus

Poorly organized. Cannot warm up croissants, run out of cream, limited menu to go with the coffee (only some sweets). Neah, would not recommend

chill blue bottle location with plentiful indoor and some outdoor seating. They also serve avocado toast at this location.

The macchiato was perfectly prepared, with artistry and at the right temperature (no need to comment on the quality of the coffee itself, already quite renowned). Nice decor of the shop, modern and bright, with the possibility of seating outside. Only darwback: a bit expensive. But at least the quality is up to the price.

Great coffee, but consistently one of the slowest Blue Bottles in the Bay Area. Ordering ahead does little to help 😔
