Absolutely darling lighthouse-style coffeehouse at the Lido House Hotel in Newport. The staff are very warm and friendly, and verrrry knowledgeable about the beans (and they’ve got quite a few artisanal offerings!). The pastries come straight from the hotel kitchen so expect an INCREDIBLE almond croissant. Seriously one of the best I’ve ever had. Delicious ice creams made in house. Just a charming spot with a lovely park adjacent to lounge outside and relax.

I highly recommend , for people who enjoy good coffee , to go elsewhere! I spent $3.77 for a small cup of old , cold coffee. I hate complaining , but after taking a sip, I asked them to please give me warm coffee. The barista simply reheated the old coffee. Beautiful atmosphere abs kind service but horrible product .

Cool little spot with good menu and ok customer service. Crew Coffee is in a prime location in Newport Beach with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Their menu has some pastries (no banana bread) and your usual selection of coffee. Crew also has a small selection of ice cream. The shop is well lit and has a great environment to catch up with a friend or to pull out your tablet to answer a few emails. Staff is friendly and courteous, although a bit slow to the draw with food items.

I loved the place. Nice setting, nice and relaxed ambience. Good coffee. I gave 4 stars because of the parking. You have to pay city parking or for free parking leave your car a little farther and walk.
Otherwise..great place to hang out.

Very impressive coffee shop right on the corner in Newport,huge lighthouse looking building,super clean,lovely interior and designs.

Looked liked a cool place to sit outside and have a coffee. Paid $2.10 to park only to stand at the counter for 10 minutes with nobody else in line and never get service. Was told about 5 min. in to my wait that they would be with us in just a moment. That never happened. My wife, my daughter and myself just walked out. We were there to spend $15 between the three of us but nobody seemed to care. I own a business and know how important customer service is. Check your cameras around 10:30am on March 12 to see how your employees are taking care of customers.

Best deal on gelato in town. Selection isn’t broad, but it’s just as good as Gelato Paradiso and they give you more than you’d expect in a freshly made waffle cone.

The coffee was delicious!! The service was great. Staff was very attentive and helpful. I got to sample a couple of their roasts.. definitely coming back!!

Not great. Flat white was terrible and tasted super bitter. My friends chai was so cardamom intense she couldn’t drink it.
