Alta Coffee

Quaint, little coffee shop in the Lido area of Newport Beach. You can sit inside or outside and enjoy breakfast or lunch. I loved their huevos rancheros and carrot cake and the cozy ambiance made me feel as if I were on vacation.

Quick and friendly service. Excellent coffee. Breakfast was yummy.

I have been to this little shop/cafe a couple of times and one of best things about it is they serve my all time favorite coffee, Wilson Coffee out of Costa Mesa. Service was good and food was tasty. Got our order quick too.

Very nice place for a Saturday or Sunday brunch. the food is great, my wife loves the home made pancakes and French Toast, I like the home made granola and smoked salmon bagel and the Eggs Benedict is great!!

We both ordered the surfer breakfast burrito. It was gross. Clearly made some time ago and reheated when we ordered. Served so hot it couldn’t be eaten. From the way it was prepared the consistency of the potatoes and eggs were the same. Fruit bowl was average at best… Cute place but bad food. Too many good options in Newport… We won’t be back.

Loved the setup of this place how you could order from outside. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Got a large almond milk latte had really great flavor! I didn’t try any of the food but the menu looked really delicious. Would also recommend their drip coffee of the day
