Peet's Coffee

I went to this place for the first time. staff are nice and hot chocolate is good!

I have been coming to Peets in Napa for the past 10 years i'am there between 5:45 til 7:45 everyday , I meet up with several different friends there. All the staff know me very well they have my coffee and pastry ready for me I go by GREG so they call me (G MAN) I enjoy my time at Peets

I LOVE PEETS but this one is the worst I've just had. Just stopped by and ordered a few hot chocolates for my kids and i regret not giving them to my kids on the spot. They slightly colder then room temperature and tasted like coconut. Seriously what the hell!!! Maybe the staff needs another round of training.

Some of the customers made me and my sister feel uncomfortable while waiting for our coffee. But the staff was very helpful and friendly and my sister also works as a barista at a popular coffee chain and the customers are not made to feel uncomfortable when visiting the establishment.

Perfect! Who ever the baristas were on dec. 9th in the morning; they ROCK! My soy holiday latte was so good that I just kept talking about it the entire time I was drinking it.. lol! My boyfriends dirty chai was perfect chai taste/amount plus really well pulled espresso . Both drinks had perfectly steamed soy and almond milk. Nice and hot but not scalded. Happy Holidays. I will be back! Also, the atmosphere was pleasant. Friendly counter service and a line of cheerful people enjoying being in the shop. thanks so much you guys.

A Great Peets Coffee, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always well staffed.
Hard to pass by even if I am in a hurry.

They serve up Good tasting full bodied coffee with aromatic perfection. I ordered a hot vanilla.latte it was delitfully consumed exactly as it was served across the counter to me no need to add cream or sugar and that is rare in my experience with coffee bars. my sister chose only to litely sprinkle her iatte with cinnamon as she loves so much. How yumi!!! Thanks Peets!

Peets has the best coffee in the Bay Area in my humble opinion. Small latte is the coffee of my choice for today. Always delicious. Go try yourself!

The staff earn 5 stars. The sink in the bathroom behind the barrista station is clogged and has been for at least 2 years resulting in slow drainage. Previously reported but no action taken. People exit the bathroom before the water has drained. Not a good sight. Worth investing in a gallon of Draino or similar if only for hygienic purposes

Small, crowded, baristas chatting to each other instead of fixing drinks. I came here looking for holiday drinks but they only had pumpkin which was barely strong enough to taste in the latte.
