Great place to get work done - reliable wifi, lots of seating and welcoming. Chai was mediocre, but the coffee seems good.

Coffee was alright. So the ham and cheese croissant. But red paint on the walls is definitely not the best idea unless you want to scare away customers. Overall solid 4 stars

So glad they are making it through the pandemic! Great coffee, multiple roasters and excellent pastries. Be sure to visit the rotating art gallery upstairs. Today? Local nature art to appreciate and then a raspberry mocha and a walk in town. I like it light on the sweet flavors.

Simply the best. Non profit, great service and with free local newspapers!
Their caramelised onion croissant is really delicious - especially with their hot cappuccino!

Perfect coffee place in the downtown Mountain View. Great baristas and amazing service.
They have some unique coffee options along with the regular drip, pour over, brewed etc. Additionally, they have food items also.
It is indoor and some outdoor seating option.
Hey
Over the years they might get some new staff/ so the customer service can be fine at times & terrible other times. There is a bad work culture about this place. I agree with Juliet's review below, Snarky is a good description. Mediocre/ over priced seems to be a theme in Mountain view which is why I drive to SF... This place would never survive in the city of SF with any competition. They don't deserve to keep such a prime real-estate on Castro street. I live 2 blocks away and I refuse to come in here. I'll head to Paris baguette before this place. They don't even have respect for the customers paying on a regular basis for $8-10 coffees. Why so disrespectful?

Good place to get work done or just have a chat. Lots of seating on both the ground and second floor. I had a 16 oz Americano ($4.25) and it was just alright. Their menu isn't super extensive and the lighting inside is alright, but it's a decent cafe on the bustling Castro st.

Good cappuccino- it was the right size and the espresso was just right.
Espresso over ice - deep bean - it was good! And not over-milked! Vibe is a little tough for me but the coffee was good.

Popular cafe right in the middle of MTV downtown. Their mochas are great (perhaps the best in MTV). They also have ample seating area and you can always find a table to work.
They are a bit expensive (e.g., croissants cost $5), and their restrooms are poorly maintained.

Great ambience, kind employees and great coffee!
