Family owned restaurant. The husband was so cool. We came in and he was throwing pizza dough. We asked for some of the dishes they recommended and everything they recommend was awesome.

The tuna melt, the pizza it was all great. Pizza crust was really good. I was very surprised to find such good food around here.

Overall the people were just so friendly we sat at the bar and enjoyed talking to the locals.

What a nice find in a sleepy little village. Perfectly located when doing an Avenue of the Giants tour! I had a veggie sandwich with fries and the other meal was an impossible burger with onion rings. The sandwich was great with lots of veggies and goat cheese. The bread was advertised as multigrain, but I was given whole wheat. The fries were okay, I don't prefer the prebattered ones. The onion rings were juicy. The ambience was neat. Very small seating area, so it was pretty full, even at 2 pm! I would recommend.

The food and service is super amazing!! Fun to watch the pizza guy do his thing making pizzas and calzone for everyone. My absolute favorite is the Bigfoot Fries!! If you like Bigfoot, definatly stop in. I bet you won't regret it!!

Excellent service and wonderful food! Great prices for the huge portions and very delicious. Closes about 8pm. Had the spinach manicotti (be sure to let them know if you're vegetarian), which was excellent, and came with a nice and very large starter salad. Also has beer and wine, but soda is served in cans. Much better prices than the Redwood Palace restaurant next to it. Two doors down is a grocery store and gas station as well.

If this information was helpful, I would appreciate a quick like or follow. Thank you!

A hidden jewel...this place was fantastic! We stopped by late on 2/21, right when winter storm Olive was picking up speed. Handmade pizza crust to die for!! We went simple and got the "Avenue", just wished we could have stayed but weather was getting bad and needed to get on down the road...but we definitely enjoyed that pizza!! The staff were friendly and courteous making sure we had plates and napkins to go...thanks for a great pizza!

A little place with a LOT of spirit! Service was fast and our lunch was delicious. We got the signature Avenue pizza made fresh in front of us. One of us got the French dip on a crunchy roll and fries that were a knockout. If you are traveling through the Avenue of Giants enjoying the beauty of the trees, stop here for some great food.

A great place to stop if you are on Avenue of the Giants. The pizza is awesome, and the staff is always friendly. If you are traveling with pets, the patio is spacious and your four legged friends are welcome. Grab a bite, grab a beer and enjoy this small town diner

Zipped off 101 to grab lunch Totally worth it. Grilled ham and cheese with real thick sliced ham and an artfully arranged side salad. The fries are worth ordering. Very attentive service. Left a 20% tip!

One of the best family owned restaurants I have been to in Humboldt County. Food and environment are phenomenal. You can see how much this family owned business cares about the wonderful service and food they provide. Great place for some food, beer, and conversation.
