Baristas here are always friendly and happy to make your coffee. Great way to jump start your morning!

Love how this place is nestled in the back of the shopping center. The coffee is good and there is always a breeze, if your seated outside.

Serves freshly brewed at a comparatively least wait time in comparison to other similar stores and greets all the customers very warmly.

A coffee lovers dream. Better than the "other" yuppie coffee found on every other corner. Milpitas Peets has plenty of seating!

A nice place to grab a cup of coffee and either go or sit at one of the many tables. A wide variety of coffees, teas, and other coffee-based drinks are available, along with pastries and other food items.

I am only giving it a three because of the variety of stores there. The parking and how the intersection by grocery outlet. Poor planning. It's a par course to get out of there. Think about your entrance and exit prior to going there.
