Super yummy Mexican food. I tasted the carnitas plate. It didn’t disappoint. I had already started on the plate when I took the pic. service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Chips and salsa were a great starter.

Ample parking. Give them a shot.

The food juicy but not super yummy. One dish is probably good enough for two people though. If you like traditional Mexican food and are hungry, this is the place for ya

Great happy hour. Their mascaras
Margaritas were awesome. Machaca was very good. Carne Asada was ok.

we came for happy hour and were so satisfied with the quality of the food, the amazing margaritas, and the service!! Absolutely recommend stopping in for their chorizo fries and wings & margs- everything was delicious and I enjoyed every last thing about this establishment. If you’re in mammoth, this shouldn’t be a miss!!! Would love to come in for their regular menu sometime based on the quality of their HH offerings alone!

This place doesn’t disappoint. If there is a long wait it is totally worth it. If you are are starving after a long day on the mountain skiing, mountain biking or you just live here and need some great Mexican food, then look no further. The Pollo Asada was not exciting and I wouldn’t order it again. The portions are huge and the tostada was like hitting a homerun it was tasty. The salsa was so yummy I could put it down, definitely cleared my sinuses. The help was friendly and restaurant clean. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 star is that my appetizer came out with my food. It’s suppose to come out before and long enough for me to eat it before the main coarse comes out. For this reason don’t order it. But the duck quesadilla was delicious but a little skimpy on the duck meat. Over all I would go back if I visited Mammoth again.

I highly recommend this place if you're in Mammoth. The food was excellent, very fast service and the portions were very large. Had plenty to take home for leftovers!

I just had one of the best meals of my life! Roberto’s is amazing. The ranchero enchilada with carne asada came with the best Spanish rice I’ve ever had and the refried beans were delicious - and I never eat refried beans. The service is great and there’s plenty of indoor/outdoor seating.

First time here, and I'd like to give it five stars, but I never do that on just one visit. However, I imagine on any subsequent visits I make here that a five star rating will make an appearance. The food was great, service was good and the salsa had the perfect bite. Just the way I like it.

We ordered take away a fajitas dinner and Caesar salad. My birthday dinner and I was honestly disappointed with the food because it wasn’t fresh and didn’t taste fresh. Most of the lettuce in the Caesar salad was brown and the guacamole was also turning brown. If I personally was serving food I wouldn’t serve anything that was going off like that. Rotting veggies belong in compost and if you don’t have fresh product don’t serve it to customers. The meat was not very flavorful, the rice was pretty soggy. These issues just made the meal unenjoyable. I was hungry and I don’t feel satisfied. When you open up your food and it looks rotting it just makes your stomach feel gross. It wasn’t cheap either at around $50. I just expect to be served fresh food and have high standards for quality Mexican food

This won’t be our only visit. Great service! Portions as mentioned are “how can you make money” sized. My carnitas burrito was massive! And delicious. Most times these two things do not go together but the dishes were pretty darn tasty. Other persons enchiladas were good with a huge side of seasoned rice and refried beans. We had a good laugh about the portions like we were John Candy trying to finish the “ol 96’r”. House salsa has a good kick to it. I had a beer but took a sip of a pineapple’ish based margarita and it was good. Don’t hesitate and bring your appetite. Order a burrito for yourself. Half tonight and half in the AM on the lift!
