The lines can be long, but well worth the wait. The staff are always friendly and the coffee tastes deep and flavorful. Try a new coffee each time and find your flavor. So good.

If you’re in Los Gatos and need a cup joe, stop here. It’s easily the most popular coffee shop around.

This place is well known for their distinct flavors. So give them a shot! We tried a few and were not disappointed! It lived up to the hype.

The atmosphere is more busy and fun than relaxing

The lines are bad enough. But more and more often this is becoming a place for employees to hang out and talk to other employees about their lives. Meanwhile, we are standing in a line to get coffee. It would be awesome if employees worked. And did their chats on breaks instead of my time.
Want me to buy your over priced coffee? Give me over the top customer service. And that isn't long lines due to lack of labor.
Because Instagram is more important than customers!

Went here 3 years ago, and this is still the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I always try out different coffee shops in Canada, but I’ve yet to find one that’s even comparable to Philz. Hopefully one day they’ll expand to Canada because I WILL go there every single day!!

I always get their mint Mojito, sweet and creamy. It’s soooo good! I highly recommend it!! If you’re in a rush, order from the app! Sometimes when I order food, I add in the comments section to warm it up but it NEVER once is warmed when I get the food and I have to wait foe them to warm it up. This is not good when I’m in a rush to work. Starbucks always warm my food up without me asking on the app, it’s just automatic with them! This is why I took off a star.

When in the Bay going to Philz is one of my highlights! Always delicious coffee (so many options) and always friendly staff!

My husband loves this place. His favorite coffee is Jacob's wonderbar. It's delicious 😋! We drove there which is about 20 minutes away for just that. 😀

The brewed coffee quality is not very stable at this location. The mint mojito house way almost tastes different every time.... I guess some ppl are really new and don't much about making coffee, and even dont know what half&half is.... So I am quite disappointed at this location.

2022 Update: Still 5/5. Philz has a great selection of fun drinks and roasts and the baristas at this location do them justice. Out of over a dozen visits here, I have has only 1 subpar beverage. Their app is very convenient and I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my drink when I get there.

I highly recommend ordering your beverage sweet and creamy (standard) if you are looking for a nice way to treat yourself. The iced rose and mint mojito are two of my favorite drinks, perfect for spring and summer especially.

Shoutout to Haley who absolutely popped off on my rose latte today. Blended the flavors beyond perfection and it made my entire day.
