Starbucks has way better service than what I experienced. Staff were standoffish. I happened to order the same drink as the guy behind me; both drinks came out at the same time, and I had to figure out whether that was someone else’s order or for me. Nitro cold brew was meh, especially for the price. Bathroom had no soap.

Always heard good things about this place so i decided to give it a try and purchased this amazing horchata cold brew. It was a little sweet but it was good! Can’t wait to stop by again

The service and the people that work there are great. Coffee that will not disappoint. Angel and Winston guarantee.

Drip coffee was excellent, pairing well with the apple bran muffin. The interior is attractive and spacious, though seating is scant.

Excellent coffee at very fair prices. Loved that it is in DTLA off of Santa Fe and 7th. Parking may be a little challenge and I mean little because there really are no problems. Simply park on the street and walk up to the place. It's really so worth the trip.

We love nitro coffee and they have it here! Nice staff, interesting choices for snacks and you can watch them roast the coffee beans

Delicious hot cocoa and the yogurt and granola-berry mix was some of the best that I have ever had.

They make the tea a way I order it, with half sweet and no milk. I'm a basic green tea girl. They make a very nice Honey Green tea and the boba is slightly sweet. And nice friendly employees. I don't like milk in my iced tea, so I do wish they had a few more straight tea options and caffeine free options like Chrysanthemum tea. But overall great place!

Coffee was good, the staff were a bit grumpy and not very welcoming.
