Breakfast here is stellar. Their whole menu is Thai-influenced, so their sandwich selection is unique and really filling! They also roast their coffee and make a lot of other things (such as their sausage patties) in-house which I am always impressed by. The espresso I ordered was a lovely dark roast with strong citrus notes, not for the faint or anti-acidic coffee lover, but absolutely perfect for my tastebuds. Service was friendly and the line wasn’t too long. The supervised lot they’re located in has l parking out front, but during peak hours I imagine it would be difficult to get in. I came around 10:30am on a Wednesday and it was mostly empty. Plenty of outlets, tables and seating for those who need to work remote. The music volume is reasonable and they were playing a mix of ambient and light trap when I was waiting for my food&drink.
The only criticism I can think of is that their coffee prices are at least a $1.25 higher than other coffee houses. Since they roast in-house I would expect it to be lower due to being able to save on costs? I could be wrong though, I’ve never run a coffee shop so… in any case, definitely worth a repeat or for you to check out en route to work.

As my wife and I were shopping in the same plaza, decided to check out their Iced coffee and Thai Iced teas which were flavorful in taste.
They have plenty of food items to order and from what we saw other patrons eating looked really yummy, like their Hamburger & fries.
We will have to try that the next time we visit.
Clean and organized and you can smell the aroma of the fresh coffee as you enter the building.
There is parking right in front, just beware of peak hours, parking may be a challenge.

We had lattes which were very good. We travel quite a bit around the country trying coffee houses wherever we are. Chimney Coffee House is one of the best we have visited. Loved the concrete table tops and quaint atmosphere.

I’m so upset about this place… i ordered the Uncle Breakfast JUST THE SANDWICH, the girl at the counter ask me a really tricky question what make me understand that the POTATOES come with a sandwich which is reasonable cause most of restaurants do something as a side even a garnish, but no wasn’t included and she just do that for sell a little more? I mean I work for two expensive restaurants rn and yeah i get it u need to sell but no like that be more creative and use ur skills to sell a product, at least be honest and say “is extra is that ok?” No just charge people just because. And is not because I don’t have the money to pay is the way u’re forcing it. Also they need to improve costumer service, also the potatoes are dripping in oil. Look the picture and think about it yourself.

Breakfast burrito jacketed in Swiss cheese and a dirty Chai. Judy was the employee who crushed my experience. Easy parking. So stoked.

YUM! I order breakfast from here all the time and it is by far my favorite breakfast place around. Always high quality, yummy, and well packaged.
I would highly recommend anyone come here! Great matcha, great sandwiches, great scones!

My first time here. The place looked really nice but sadly the food wasn’t great :( I had hopes for it. I got the chicken & waffles, the waffles were bland and didn’t taste like anything the chicken wasn’t bad but the best tasting thing was the syrup. I also wished the service was friendlier. The seating area needed attention in particular the restroom. It was covered in filth as if not scrubbed for weeks. I’ll probably give it another chance but not anytime soon.

Very friendly DTLA coffee hangout. Their Iced Mocha is outstanding! Decent breakfast/lunch menu. Good baked goods. Located at Lax-C Thai market. Plenty of parking.

I got a latte, it was middle of the road coffee. My girlfriend got a Bangkok Iced Coffee, neither of us liked it, we tossed it after a few sips. We really tried to like it.... I like how much space there was inside, it's rare to find a place in LA with so much room, but I still wouldn't want to hunker down and draw or read there.

"It's a no for me dawg". The cold brews need major work, they are really acidic. The price for a breakfast sandwich for what you get is too damn high. A.C.E sandwich in photo.
