I've been going there for about 2 years. The coffee has always been good, but the pastries are never very fresh.
The other day I bought one that was so stale you could tell it had been sitting on the shelf for a few days. When I pointed that out and asked for a refund or an exchange, the barista responded that "not being in charge of pastries", it wasn't really his problem.
Well I certainly won't be their problem in the future.

I have visited this coffee shop so many times! It’s a great study spot! I love the atmosphere and there are an infinite amount of outlets! I think it’s korean owned? I see different workers almost every time and they are all very handsome, pretty, and charming! The Spring Tonic is also DELICIOUS! You can tell they really care about the quality of their coffee ^^😊

Great location in the well entrenched hip millennial Echo Park on Sunset. Pour over Guatemalan was rich and had lots of flavor ($4.25 eeek$) The sticker shock on today’s gen3 coffee houses is getting ridiculous imho. Free WiFi, small but ample indoor seating and a small out door bench. Normal mix of white millennials and their dogs as expected. I’m not saying anything is wrong with that... I’ve watched the Echo Park area gentrify since the financial crisis of 2008. It’s now in full bloom. Enjoy! Service was great, gracious and speedy for everyone I saw e coffee is really good. I’ll be back.
I was going to leave and started to talk to Brandon (mgr of a few locations) incredibly knowledgeable about the entire LA coffee scene. He poured me a cup of their Colombian roast. Highly recommended. They roast their own beans in the Beverly location. Single origin and well roasted without bitter or burned taste. +1/2 star back for this service and attention to detail. 4.5 ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

Great coffee & service. Very calm atmosphere with a clean esthetic. In addition to coffee they have a small selection of pastries as well. Would definitely come back here again!

This coffee is really high quality! There are a lot of places to choose from around here but if you want really delicious smooth espresso (I get an americano :-)) I think this is the best choice!

Tried out this place for the first time today. I got the the iced matcha tea latte w/almond milk and it was delicious. I opted for the sweet vs the non sweet and let me tell you, it was a great balance - just the right amount of sweetness (meaning lightly sweet). I’ve struggled with previous coffee shops where either my matcha latte was either too milky or too sweet. My wife got a cortado and she loved it as well. The barista who was working there today was friendly and super chill. Will definitely be back here!

Consistently good brew here, possibly the best along Sunset Silverlake/Echo Park. (I've tried most of em) Ignore reviewers whining about vibe - baristas aren't your servants

The coffee here is soooo delicious! I've had the dirty horchata barista latte and the Latino latte. Both are amazing. Also, the staff is friendly and the WiFi is relatively fast. 👍🏼🙂

Great coffee. Barista's are very talented and friendly. The food options are limited but what they have is really good. I got the Hackberry Doughnut "with a freind" and a cold brew. Both very good. Doughnut was awesome. some kind of brown suger glaze on top that wasn't too sweet. Cold brew packs a punch but has a mellow buttery caramel finish.

No frills neighborhood gem. Creative menu of crafty espresso drinks.
Try the Barista Dirty Horchata. It's cinnamon forward done right in a cold espresso treat.
