This little spot is super cute. I saw it randomly one day while I was driving down Willow and told myself that I would stop by one day. It’s full of plants, there’s lots of seating, there’s a cute little conference room that you could rent out with a whiteboard. The best part is the coffee. Not every place knows how to make good coffee. They also have some miscellaneous food that is also really good. The breakfast burritos are always sold out which makes me think that those are really good too. If you haven’t been, definitely stop by and get yourself some coffee at least. You won’t be disappointed
really nice place aesthetic wise. coffee is priced a bit on the higher end for the sizes they have but you’re mostly paying for quality. it has a taste that you can definitely differentiate from a chain like Starbucks or Coffee Bean etc. really good and worth a try! Was also really quite and peaceful as well for anyone who likes to work/study at coffee shops.
One of the best coffee shops in Long Beach. Iced Americano is phenomenal. As a café-goer myself, the vibe is immaculate. Price is affordable, they also give free water. There are restrooms and they are clean. The only negative thing is they close so early! 4 pm everyday. This place will excel once the public realizes that it is a hidden gem. Rooms are also available for study groups.
Grabbed a drip coffee before work. The drip coffee was a bit watered down for my taste. I like my drip more concentrated, bold and with a punch of flavorful notes.
The service was great. Barista was friendly.
Loved the location and place! There's tons of seating. There's tons of plants everywhere. It's a place you can come study or quietly work from. They also have a conference room! The ambience was chill and quiet. They're known for specialty coffees, I'll be back to try one.
Great addition to the Wrigley area in Long Beach. The service was very friendly and the morning coffee was a nice wake me up. This local coffee spot is community focus with ample space for people to come in and enjoy the atmosphere. There are even rentable pods for small meetings and study room. On some nights there is an open mic inviting locals ro share there creative endeavors. Really nice vibe and quality coffee.
Who would’ve thought the best iced americano I’ve ever had would come from this small neighborhood coffee shop. I haven’t been here since the changeover from Fox Coffee to Wrigley Coffee and have to say that it’s a welcomed addition to the neighborhood. While I was sad to see a longtime neighborhood stable close their doors, I think Wrigley Coffee represents a metaphorical renewal in the right direction. The modern updated interior and quality of the coffee really shine. Highly recommended and will be back to try other drinks!
Today I was really shocked and surprised Wrigley coffee was opened as the balloons caught my eyes. Super beautiful and elegant for this community since it will shake up some local businesses to be updated. As I got in line not a big line just two people ahead of me , I noticed how hot it was inside (100 degrees being dramatic) it was pretty warm. Felt uncomfortable being in line while coffee is being brewed to I couldn’t bare it anymore . One lady gave me a mask but that point I couldn’t handle it . I put my mask down because I couldn’t take it anymore since I’m only human and not an animal being muzzled. 15 seconds later the female cashier who she should be serving her customer, went out of her way which is above her paid grade to be so rude to speak so aggressively to me . I felt so embarrassed as most people would say that I should be , but unfortunately there is a better way to approach customer/people the right way . The girl just rolled her eyes and stared at me and lift her shoulder up . That’s when I left she, left a sour taste in my mouth , people take advantage being a boss . She is very lucky I wasn’t a person who wanted problems, wish this local business nothing but the best . Hopefully it can stick around and change up the community since it needs a lot of help. If you want real coffee try some authentic Cuban Coffee:)
I visited Wrigleys on a Monday around 2:00. This was my first time here and it wasn’t too busy at this time. My assessment of my visit will go over 4 things which are cleanliness, aesthetic, employee engagement and food with an overall thought regarding if I would return to this place:
Aesthetic: The aesthetic of this place was super cute. They had plants hanging off the wall and the neon sign that they had was super cute and I love the message of community. There’s even a side room separated by a window for studying or maybe even meetings. I’m not sure if you have to rent it or reserve it, but its nice that that is available to its customers. There was a lot of space for seating so if you are looking to study or gather there with some friends, I think this would be the perfect place to do so! Nice music and it wasn’t too loud that I couldn’t hear. I could work without headphones and still concentrate.
Cleanliness: The entirety of the cafe was very clean. Everything was swept, no trash or dust was on the floor. Tables were all in place along with their chairs. Everything was uniformly nice which was wonderful to see. Bathrooms were wonderfully clean and easily accessible to customers.
Employee Engagement: The employees were very nice and they brought my cup to me which was very kind of them. I talked to them a little bit and they were happy to carry a conversation. Food: I got the Chai Latte iced and I didn't absolutely love it as it tasted more like a powder, but I did like it which was why it didn't deter me from giving it 5 stars. It kinda reminds me of a powder horchata drink from the store where the essence is there and the taste is good, but it's not quite horchata.
Overall Thoughts: I like this place mainly on the space of the coffee shop. There’s just a ton of seating and I believe that you can go there probably at anytime of day and you can still find a seat for you and maybe 1 or 2 of your friends on a busy day. The chai didn’t stand out to me too much, but I would definitely try a coffee next time as that is what they are known for. I would return to this coffee shop for sure.
Great coffee place. Reminiscent of the coffee places from the 90's. Very well lit, lots of natural light with Plenty of seats. You can get your coffee in a to go cup or a ceramic cup. Hopefully they will expand their food selection soon.
OUTSTANDING!!! 💕 A true Long Beach gem. As a coffee enthusiast and connoisseur (self given title haha), I was looking for a new coffee shop to check out in the Willow st area. Let me tell you - I’m so grateful I decided to go with Wrigley Coffee! 💖
A super aesthetic and cozy spot! 🤗 The genuine warm, friendly hospitality and delightful staff set it apart from others. Lots of comfortable seating and lovely plants all around. Great place to sit down and get some work done or chat with a friend! The vibes were definitely great!!
Now let's talk about the good stuff - COFFEE! ☕️ They are definitely approved by this coffee lover right here. I got an iced Vanilla Lavender Latte with oat milk. It was DELICIOUS! 💗 You can immediately tell the quality and freshness of their ingredients.
My dad tried their vegan chorizo breakfast burrito and he said it was super tasty. From the small bite I stole from his burrito, I can confirm it was scrumptious. We also got a blueberry muffin and churro snickerdoodle cookie, both were FANTASTIC - soft and chewy. My mouth is watering just from thinking about it. YUM!! YOMM!! 🤩
HIGHLY recommend checking out this amazing coffee shop! Will absolutely be back!! 🥰
