Literally longest wait in drive thru for coffee in my entire life. Coffee Bean is my ultimate favorite. Dropped by this location as it was on way home from the direction I was coming from. What a mistake that was but I really wanted a Coffee. They didn't have a few items on the menu that we wanted, which was fine because these type of places stock based on daily sales trends.
Anyway, my blended dream in a cup was marvelous. I wish they would go back to using regular straws. The cardboard straws ruin the experience and I have to Literally drink my drink as though I was hitting a keg at a frat party and end up with brain freeze. My drink is over in less than 2 minutes. Can't even enjoy it....
But I get it, we have to save the sea turtles....I'll take the hit

Very good environment for study. I been there for my homework. They have private parking lot plus free wifi. They have a sofa on the back next to the sofa has a outlet if anyone need. I see there’s some students studying as well very nice a quite place. Only thing is new for me they charge for water cup $0.25 that’s reasonable but new for me..

Let me just be clear that I always order a hot chai latte from coffee bean so I know how a chai latte tastes like! They forgot to add powder and milk into my drink all i tasted was the tea! WTH😡

Do not work here cheap cheap penny pinching employer 🪙! Even if you try to switch locations they won’t re hire you! how can two people run a drive thru store entirely that drove me insane whatever you do stay away! Work any where else! 5lave driivers

I read some reviews that has a nice ice cream and i wanted to try it as a fan of the ice cream. I tried the sandwich ice cream, a scoop of ice cream, one oreo cookie and a cake soaked in milk. All of them were good, but nothing special and as a traveller it doesn't worth to go there for ice cream. I can say that the cake in the milk was the best of all.

I am very disappointed in my experience. Whoever closed tonight (12/28/21) closed 15 minutes earlier than 10 pm. I waited at the drive thru screen to take my order for 5 minutes, I drove to the window thinking maybe it was a mistake. But they avoided the window as they continued to close. I even tried calling. This was flat out terrible service. There were others behind me waiting to spend money on this business. I just can’t believe that coffee bean would offer such bad service. Starbucks would never.

An employee added a 25% tip without my knowledge when i used the drive-thru. It's petty cash, but don't take my card for that much time and look guilty when you hand it back. They almost accidentally overcharged me for another order that wasn't mine first, so idk. First time at a coffee bean, not the best experience.

I love Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf! I have been a dedicated customer since they opened in Westwood and was thrilled when they came toLong Beach. All of their coffee drinks are made exactly the way you want and you will get the same great cup no matter which one you go to. The baristas are friendly and well trained. The bonus now is they keep adding scrumptious treats to have along with your cup of choice.
