Unfortunately, my iced americano tasted a little too watered down for being the larger option on their menu. I assumed the larger option would have an additional shot(s) of espresso versus the smaller option. I’ve been here a handful of times and it has been consistent.
The store itself and the outside was a beautiful environment.
The first time I visited Trail, it was lovely. Warm atmosphere, the drinks were beautiful. I was so excited to show my husband. This time was awful. Not warm and friendly at all. We wanted to try a couple tea bags to take home. $6 for 2 tea bags. We were charged full price as if they made the tea for us. Fine, nbd I don't mind supporting a local business. The cashier forgot one of our biscuit breakfast sandwiches. So I paid again....this time my chai wasn't as good. No fun sun with cinnamon on top, it was just thrown on there. Then we waited for my husband's mocha. It never came. Guess the cashier forgot to charge us for that too. We took our sandwiches to go. They were dry and a total mess to even try to eat. We decided to go back to our regular coffee shop at brew house coffee. Much friendlier atmosphere and their breakfast burritos are delicious. Trail has a lovely atmosphere with lots of potential, but the customer service is entirely lacking.
The ambiance is so relaxing. Enjoy the perfect cup of coffee inside. The decor is inviting and has a cozy vibe. The patio has a relaxing with a beautiful waterfall. The coffee is out of this world and the barista’s are knowledgeable.
This coffee shop is really exquisite in getting your latte to actually taste what the title is. I order a lavender honey latte and this is the best I’ve had. I’ve tried many coffee shops from southern Cali to the tip of northern. Also the coffee bags smell very fresh coffee as well taste fresh and exact to what the roasting blend is.
I’m all for supporting local coffee, but absolutely no way I’ll promote a place that does drag events for all ages. That’s atrocious and I’ll gladly get coffee elsewhere…
Cute, clean and bougie little coffee shop with cozy seating area inside as well as outside. Barista was friendly and accommodating. Coffee was really great too. Got the iced latte and it was amazing. I don't regret getting off 99 hwy just for the coffee
The coffee and baked goods are amazing here. They are always fresh, and the coffee is perfect. However, I can't get over the service. I come here often and every time I hope it gets better. I want to support a small business. The employees never seem to be happy to be there. My friend and I always feel unwelcomed. There is never any greeting or a thank you once they hand you the coffee. Today my friend and I went in and I purchased two coffees, one for myself and one for someone else. After helping me the cashier walked away and went and just began talking to the barista. My friend was still standing in line. The barista noticed her and rudely walked over and stated "Do you need something". My friend told her that she still needed to order her drink. Wishing there was better customer service, and greetings when you walk in.
The customer service is unwelcoming AND I will not be returning especially after they up charged me $3 extra dollars for my 2 small $9 and some change drinks… which came to a surprise after I mentioned how I liked the place and it being reasonable and as the girl seen me pull out my cash she decided to say she “forgot to add some stuff” and my total came to $13 afterwards… I was taken back….anyway don’t mention about reasonable prices because they’ll change your mind right away… the shop itself is cute and so is the coffee but it’s NOT worth it.

I’m really liking Trail Coffee Roasters, great coffee and they really nailed the vibe of a coffee shop that I’ll enjoy stopping in for a cup of Joe

Great coffee ! Fun environment and chill people pouring some of the best cold brew out there. Outdoor seating is very relaxing.
