Dutch Bros Coffee

Today I was denied service in the drive thur do to the direction I pulled into the line. When I pulled in to wait for the line to move not one car was waiting in the other direction. The employee informed me that he would not take my order because “I cut in line” according to him it’s their policy for cars to pull into the line a certain direction. I then backed out of line and got out my car to go inside to make a complaint I noticed the walk-in was closed. I then noticed another customer who waited for the line to move in the same exact spot I was waiting in (that resulted to him denying me service) he had no issue with taken her order. I go to Dutch Bros daily and to be refused service because of the direction I pulled into the line is ridiculous, I have no reason to cut in line for a drink. If the line is to long and I didn’t want to wait I would simply leave. Make it make sense please! I'm only giving two stars for this review because I did end up speaking with someone who took my order and I also spoke with someone at the headquarters who credited my app for the inconvenience.

Always super friendly people. very fast service. I love that if you don't know what to order you can just ask to be surprise. Its a fun way to try new drinks.

Dutch Bros coffee is the best coffee chain in America, never disappointed with anything. Top service top people and great drinks!!!

The new hours have become very inconvenient considering a lot of us who work at 5am or put in between a rock and a hard place when it comes to getting a much needed coffee and being late to work, or skipping the coffee and being on time at 5am. Would be much more convenient if these new hours accommodated that and was at 4am or even 4:30am.

This location is awesome. They have food here as well as drinks. I had the sausage breakfast burrito. It was pretty good. It's nice getting breakfast with your coffee in the morning. The employees are super friendly and very helpful as well. Very great experience at this location

Love there drinks and the worker's

First time at Dutch Bros. The employees this Dutch Bros location were very friendly and helpful assisting us in finding drinks that we would like. So much better then our old coffee shop! Dutch Bros is now our go to coffee shop!

Can't say much about the "normal" coffee drinks, but the sweet drinks have been very good for me. I think they're open 24/7, too, so late sweet drinks cravings are perfect here. I really dislike the whole "secret menu" places like this do because it puts off people who don't know.

I would give it 5 stars but the hot drinks taste like water with barely any flavor. The menu is online so you have to look up your dink before hand. The freeze were pretty good but that's the only good thing about this place. I'll change my rating next time if the drinks have flavor but right now it's staying at 2.

I give dutch bros 5 stars, no doubt. It's a very fast, convenient way to get the coffee you love. Not just coffee either, but a variety of different drinks such as energizer drinks and frosts, with a variety of delicious flavors. There are many more drink options that are suitable for kids than lots of other coffee shops or cafes that usually only have kids hot chocolate or other similar drinks. In addition, workers and members are very friendly. :) I strongly recommend Dutch Bros to anyone and everyone!
