Honestly best coffee/ Service in entire bay area.

Coffee is okay. The waffles were great. If your laptop needs to be on a charger, don't expect to find a port to plug into here.

Nice new find as a go-to coffee shop in Livermore, it brings an SF vibe. Great coffee, great atmosphere and great service. My favorite part is the atmosphere with it's well chosen selection of houseplants and the several different areas to have a seat and chat.

The acoustics of the place make it pretty loud when it's busy so I would say it is oriented towards socializing vs laptop working or similar focused work.

Customer service is amazing. We totally forgot they closed at 1. Without any prompting, after we told the kids they were closed, Paul invited us in for quick chocolate milks to go. Thank you for saving us from a 2 yr old meltdown! Happy parents = happy customers. Can't wait to come back when you're open for coffee!!

We first came across Story Coffee as a coffee cart at The BankHead and fell in love with the coffee and the service. Ever since we have followed as they moved around working towards having their own shop. We are so happy they now have a permanent home shop and highly recommend them as the best in the valley.

Best coffee in the Tri-Valley, and the staff is very friendly!

Their sweet lattes are made with an original syrup that blows any other flavor out the water--definitely try with oat milk and a waffle!

The coffee tastes SOO good and the customer service is incredible. The aesthetic is also great. All around, my favorite coffee place. They also introduced me to oat milk (one of their non-dairy options). It tastes amazing in coffee and chai.
