Dutch Bros Coffee

This was my first experience with Dutch Bros. If you want to have a great customer service and a good drink then this Dutch Bros Coffee shop is the best place to stop at. From the moment, I got to the window the two people who were working had an amazing attitude and service. They were very fast making the drinks. I even had a great conversation with them while I was waiting for my order. With an ever-expanding menu stretching from mocha, chai, latte to crazy things like rebel energy drinks and lemonade. I tried the Strawberry & Pineapple Lemonade. It was perfect. If I’m staying closer I would go every day. You won't be disappointed for sure. Great job, Dutch Bros 👏✌️👍

On a Roadtrip from Chico back down to SoCal and I stopped by to get something to drink and was helped by Grace. They were so kind and I’ll definitely plan on stopping by this DB next time I’m in town. PS open up a location in Oxnard please, thanks.

I waited at the window for over 10 mins for 1 single drink while its cold and raining outside. When I asked if my drink was coming the girl told me there were 4 drinks in front of it still. I get the workers are young, but a little common sense about prioritizing 1 standing customer over a car’s drink that was 4th in line doesnt seem like too much to ask…

I love Dutch bros, but I hate that they ask for a tip before even proving service. I feel it's a Bully tipping. People need to stop tipping people before they provide a service. It's gone way over board now!

Came right before closing tonight. Absolutely BEST service I’ve ever had at any coffee shop. Great drinks, amazing service.

The little drive-through gal was amazing! She really made my day. Wish more service workers love their job like she did.

Love their staff and drinks but that line isn't always worth it, my average waiting time is 15-20 minutes.

First time ever trying DB. Staff was awesome, super friendly, courteous. The coffee was beyond a 10 for me. I personally liked their coffee better than Starbucks. Easy access and parking to their store. This is a must stop for me when I'm traveling through the area.
