Visited a few times while on vacation. Staff is amazing, especially Taran and Gina! I had a specialty coffee and regular drip. The doughnuts a really good. Lunch has a big variety of meats and bread choices. I'll be back every time I visit!

Our first visit here. Hadn't noticed it when driving thru town previously. Found it via word of mouth (even a specific search for "Bakery" and "donuts" on Google Maps failed to find it), which isnt necessarily a completely negative thing, as it shows growth potential (to me anyways).
The place is clean, no gross smells; staff is informative, friendly, and timely; staff interaction with each other is relaxed and focused on the ever almighty Customer; the dining area had 8 or so customers all seated and very much enjoying their time; baked goods looked nice, and those we chose were very fresh; coffee a bit weak but very good otherwise; length of time waiting was minimal; and prices were a bit higher than comparable businesses visited recently.
Disappointed because we asked for custard filled chocolate bars, but only a bite of the bars had any filling...not sure how much we were charged for that. Their prices are higher than other places, but at the same time their quality far surpasses other places.
If they could fill the bars right, my rating would be 5+, and they would stamp out all competitors that I have visited in both Lake AND Mendocino Counties, hands down.
Their goods have a density to them even without the filling; the same difference between breads at Safeway: $1 "air bread" vs $4 "something-to-chew bread".
The custard was smooth, flavorful, and very much missed.

Definate Quality.

Excellent sandwich (Wrap), the Madison. Donuts were pretty darn good as well. Will surely stop there again when in the area.

If you want quality and time friendly, then Susie Q's is your place. You are able to call in your order ahead of time and/or they do have a drive-thru service as well. You get both the quality in the food and the time saver in the service. And they are always awesome and friendly. I recommend getting yourself the Sammy. Perfect solution for a quick and tasty lunch. If it's breakfast time then I highly recommend the turkey or ham croissants.

They make the best croissants anywhere and their donuts are really good at bit pricey but worth it.

Yummy shop to visit, not just donuts but savory pastries too! Delicious coffee and tea and fancy drinks. Friendly staff and even if there is a line it goes quick.

Super stoked and so glad to see the new spacious location! (Not to mention how wide open, yet cozy it feels!)
Suzie's the same smiling, thoughtful host, remembering your face greeting you with a heartfelt "hi, how are you?" Donuts melt in your mouth, she had a wonderful selection when I was in this past Saturday. Good little cheat day treat with a pumpkin latte! Ah Fall. Go get you a dozen donuts!
FYI...you can get gift cards for yourself to put in your wallet or purse for later, or your employees!
