I spent the day here while visiting family in town. Very friendly. Great food and coffee. Excellent location and I would certainly come back for more. Get here early for their fresh baked items.. yum!

Kernville is set up for visitors to enjoy, good view of the park from out front. Shops nearby to sample some of the local products

Great for getting a decent meal and good wifi. Their breakfast burrito is great and I like that you can make it vegetarian. Their iced chai is so so, but I'm partial to more traditional spicy chai rather than the sweet kind. Nice staff for the most part.

Bear Track cookies, great icy Mocha for a hot day, and their pesto Panini with goat cheese with or without chicken : totally tasty and can be enough for two! Close to the River Park. Only downer: restrooms closed "per Covid regulations'! ( I found Primo's outhouse a better bet than park R/R but you probably would drive there. ) I do not understand! What goes in must come out!

It's just... okay. I had the breakfast sandwich and my buddy had a breakfast burrito. Nothing really wrong. However they have only one restroom for customers and there was a line. They have another 9ne but they won't let customers use it.

Terrible service. A woman dumped a cleaning bucket of cleaning water all over the patio that forced me to move in a hurry to get my dog out of the way. She claimed someone had spilled ice cream but how is dumping 5 gallons of cleaning water going to fix that? Just use a mop. I had to ask twice for space to untie my dog and get her out of the way while the woman tried to push the water away with her hands, which was ineffective and made no sense. Then she did some passive-aggressive codependent thing where I was supposed to feel guilty because I was annoyed and inconvenienced and she claimed I did not accept her apology, as if I want to be a part of her head-trip drama on my vacation. An apology is hardly genuine when accompanied by a resentful demand that it be accepted and an expectation to be responsible for the feelings of the person doing the harm. That's a bully's tactic, essentially like saying, "I just caused you harm, and you have to forgive me else you're a bad person." The Accuser's line, the sign of pathological deceit. There was no place left to sit in the shade outside so I had to leave. Really astounding.

Went in with two other friends. My friend was racially stereotyped when the owner assumed because he was Hispanic he would be interested in a "cerveza" at 10am. A Corona in particular. My friend was very upset and we left. The owner of this place is about 40 years behind the times and maybe this place would have better business if she wasnt such a racist.
