No customer service from Desiree, who was the only person we saw working there. In fact she was completely rude and threw a fit in front of other customers when I complained that my sandwich wasn't made like I ordered it. This was after I was told "no" I couldn't have cucumbers on my sandwich, because "we only serve them on our specialty sandwich!" Got the side salad with my sandwich. Opened the box to a pile of brown lettuce. Took it back. Then opened up my sandwich to see it wasn't made as ordered! Took it back to Desiree, who proceeded to have a tantrum and threw the sandwich in the trash! When I asked for my money back, she asked if I had the receipt! Desiree says her boss is "Rick." Rick, you need to get this girl some help. I'm sure she was just stressed out having to do everything herself. Sad part is we actually spend a bit of time trying to find the place, since our friend went through the area a week earlier and said the sandwiches were good.

We decided to stop by while we were visiting the visitor's center. The food was good but not great. The food is a little expensive and the facility really needs an update. Service was alright. The location is great, if the food was better it would be perfect.

Stale bread on the sandwiches, all of our orders were wrong. Ordered a large coffee and got a small, was assured it was large, my own reality and sanity started to crumble when the rest of my table actually got large coffees.
Bagel was pretty good.

Small hard rock with a very small H R Cafe and store. There pin collection was limited to only a few choices of pins. Normally, the Hard Rock Cafe is larger with much much larger stores for collecting pins and memorabilia. The hotel is nice with valet service for your convenience. Enjoy!

Great experience. Neat landscape and trees. Hiking trails, rock climbing, 3 visitor centers. Nice view points
Very hot in the summer! Winter, spring and fall best times to visit!

We bought a muffin and a coffee before heading in the park for breakfast. Both were very tasty and the lady at the counter (originally from eastern-europe) was very friendly and helpful!

Extremely rude! Short lady with pony tail was the only one working. She made us wait a long time and then yelled "hurry up and order I have stuff cooking!" Very over priced as well. Not worth it

Sometimes all you want is a simple sandwich, and this fit the bill perfectly for lunch between hikes in the park. Friendly service, too!
