I got the iced VTM coffee (Vietnamese coffee) and the iced coffee (cold brew). Both drinks were solid! The VTM coffee wasn't too sweet and the coffee taste was strong. Just the way I like it. The cold brew was also fairly strong and had a nice dark roast taste. There were a lot of people here to study but, in my opinion the area is too busy to get a good study session in. People are always walking in and it's not the quietest place. Overall I would come back since the 24 hour fitness is right next door.

Everything here is good and I love their breakfast sandwich. But please please lower the AC. It is like sitting in an ice box.

Way over priced coffee. Last visit I requested no Ice and received my cup half empty. I couldn't believe it. I'll never buy their coffee again. They won't last long in this location. Also, with no line you'd expect them to move a little faster. Took them 5 mins, no joke, to get the half cup of coffee. $4.50, no thanks.

Got the pork Banh mi and I've never been more disappointed in a sandwich. They should have told me the pork was actually just a hot dog split in half. Should've gone to Lee's and paid a third of the price.

Love this place and I almost gave it 4 stars bc they literally run out of bagels every day but if they didn't have their toast, I would have. Their toast works just as well with the cab.

Very bad and slow service. Our order was lost as was the order of many people who keep asking the barristas for their lost coffees. Also they don't know their menu. I asked for dark roast coffee and they offered me espresso.

I mean I get the same thing every time I'm here but it's good!! I like the lychee peach tea a lot!! Also in case anyone's wondering, the crystal boba is basically like jelly but more stiff! I like it a lot personally
