While the service was good and the coffee was what was expected, there were some glaring oddities the put me off about this coffee shop. I'll note what I liked first.
The music was on but not overly loud or weird.
Burista shook each drink that was iced which is the best way to go.
The shop was very clean.
Great baked goods that seemed local and not mass produced.
Now the improvement...
The price for an iced coffee and iced mocha coming in at nearly $10 is a bit out of control. Second, the burista would make drinks then once the line was gone she would proceed to sit in the only plush arm chair in the dining area and read on her phone and do her own thing. I've never seen someone working at a coffee shop do that. When people would come in or when I later got up to order again, it seemed like an imposition to purchase something else. This could come down to professionalism and how growing up in a business, you'd be fired if you did that.
Third, the wifi password should be prominently posted with so many people working. Instead it was written down on a napkin that was handed to me to which I then passed it around the coffee shop.

Also, side note. Can we stop the cardboard straws. They get all soggy in the to go cups and fall apart.

Cool vibe. Pretty and efficient server. Art on the wall. Creative decor. Had tea. It was very good Chinese breakfast tea.

Delish bakes! Just tried the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was perfect (not a greasy mess). They’re extensive drink menu is a delight; my faves being cold brew chai and Mitsuyo Cap. Local temple coffee ❣️❣️ my fave GV coffee shop

Went there a day ago. I like the atmosphere and the chai spicy combo was delicious . And they had a veggie quiche. It was so good. Freshly baked. I ate it at work. It had potato and veggies a little spicy, which wasnt too overpowing . It gave it flavor. yummy! I have to request the quiche again.
I would highly recommend this cozy place.

I hate to write this, but the last time I was there we bought 3 morning muffins that were completely spoiled, end up throwing them away. Thankfully they didn't have dairy or eggs, otherwise it could have easily turned into food poisoning.

Hint ladies: Microfoam is still foam. I don't want 3 inches of it on a 12 oz latte. Especially when I specify NO foam. Ideally there should be a very small amount of foam on a good latte. You make great baked goods but need to learn how to listen to customer requests when it comes to coffee. Your cake is better than your coffee by a far sight.

Food is so good I actually dream about it

Best coofee in town. Great service. Baked goods are delicious and homemade. The 5’1” girl with short brown hair is my crush

This is a great place to meet with a friend, family, or business associate. It's quiet, there's space to work, and the drinks are wonderful. Also, if you feel the need to satisfy a sudden craving there are plenty of sweets!

Cute, certainly geared toward order-and-go kind of service, as seating is very limited. Not a place to have a conversation, very noisy with just a couple of people talking (hard surfaces). Staff behind the counter need A LOT of training, and even some attitude adjustment.
