Food was very good. The hotpot are filled with food and the broth was great. There was only one server for 8+ tables though. Service was slightly slow due to that but she was still very attentive. There are buttons on the table (to call over the server) which streamlines the process a bit too.

Uniboil has a good selection of hotpot, boba style drinks and sides like fried tofu or popcorn chicken. The hotpot can feed 2 people or a very hungry person...haha.

The only downside is that it takes a long time for you, as the diner, to receive your food. When my friends and I go, we usually have to wait 20+ minutes to get our food. If you don't mind waiting, its a really tasty place to eat.

Drinks and snakcs were all very good. The boba was wellmade and customizable.

I asked for a recommendation for lunch. I was blown away by the flavors and little surprises in this spicy soup! I had enough for lunch the next day which was just as good!

One of my favorite places to get food! Lots of selections and it's all always amazing.

I went here on the Christmas Day, and ordered a Thai Tom Yum and Angus beef. The hotpot is authentic and delicious. I took one point off because the spoons are small and plastic, and the customer service needs some improvement (I understand it’s Christmas Day)

Consistently, every single visit, takes a whole hour to get our food out, and people that arrived after us with the same party size got their food first. This has happened every single time we’ve gone here, without fail, this place has failed time and time again, not even the food makes up for this poor service. Once the food came out, they only gave us 3 drinks and 1 soup, for a party of 7. They failed to give us utensils as well, I do not recommend this place for anyone local or out of town.

Waited 45min twice for quick and simple orders. They kept saying the food would be ready in 5min every time.
The kitchen did not look like it was getting cleaned either.

Nice and fast. When you order food the wait time is longer. Good food and good teas, lots of variety and flexibility with the menu. Employees are very kind and friendly. No waiting inside due to covid. A little hard to find the first time you go, but easy to remember
