Customer service was okay, but the food was delicious.

Really good food and coffee (ask for the vegan options)

Nice place and menu. Animal lovers salad could use a bit more excitement (toasted walnuts or pecans, marinated beets, cranberries, etc). Patio seating in back is nice, but super inconvenient. If you need anything at all, you must go outside and thru the front entrance back to the order desk. If they're busy it's a problem.

Excited to try something New.. Ordered a Mocha and Brekki Tacos Nice presentation.. Extra charges incur If you ask for whole milk was not notified.. Tacos were tasty but missing queso fresco and salsa.. Not sure if I will order again

Skip - The food is always good, but the staff needs drastic improvement. The last time I was there I got attitude for asking for water and informing the staff that the self-serve water station was empty. On top of that, it seems a bit absurd to have to pay for a refill on a small cup of coffee that costs you more than you'd pay just about anywhere else. Love the cupcakes, like the food, don't like the policies or service.

1st time going to this location. I love the feel of the place. The food is super good and it's still my favorite coffee. Parking is very hard to find. I will definitely go again.

Nice small cafe on Hollister. Ample outdoor seating area. I had a salad and a latte, both of which were quite good. Decent service as well.

Delicious food and drinks. The dark side and dirty chai are fantastic both hot and iced. The breakfast burritos and cupcakes are super good too. Highly recommended 👌

Their pie is most lovely, and I was down for the masala chai, too. Though why they serve your drink in a disposable cup (doubled + lid + cardboard belt) even when you're ordering in-house seems just wasteful, really. Pretty bummed about this, can't really be down for wasteful spots (however status quo it may be).
