A chill atmosphere with a wide variety of drinks on the menu and some tasty appetizers. Great place for a meet up or casual hang out. Only downside is that most of the board games provided don't have all their pieces :/

An impressive menu with top-class cuisine ingredients and preparation. Variety of Asian & American menu items. Great presentation! Best boba teas in town! Always a special occasion feel.

Nice atmosphere free WiFi large cups but kinda pricey. It was delicious though

I ordered different bobas here. Only one was okay. The rest were bad. The cups are skinny for the price. Customer Service was bad. I ordered online and things were missing. The place looks nice though, a good location for the students.

Drinks and prices are overated and expensive. My mango slushy wasn't sweet even though I asked for it to be extra sweet. Ordered to go and didn't get my orders until three other people (ordered to go as well) received theirs. The food isn't all that great either. The containers for to go drinks could be better. I prefer the tea stores in LA and San Jose. Way better drinks, prices, options, and way better and creative containers. They also provide more quantity of bobas and fruit jelly.

Pretty loud and bustly place. Not a super extensive menu, but with some decent variety of items. I had a tea, which was jacke up with a ton of sugar (the menu and the wait staff did not point this out). They served the tea in a huge beer glass, so good value for the volume! Service was disappointing. They took a long time to come by for the order and then to actually bring out our drinks.

Best boba I have ever had, and good food. Great quiet lunch spot.

My go-to drink is their Hokkaido milk tea, thai tea, or the rose garden tea. I don't recommend any of the cheese foam, though- I think that's an acquired taste, and it just wasn't for me. I don't tend to get toppings, unless it's light boba or lychee jelly. I do like that you can check in for 10% off your order- and if you have any problem with your drink, the staff will gladly fix it! They're very friendly. The food here is also really tasty, even if it's a bit pricey. I love getting the potstickers and the popcorn chicken.

I've been here before and thought it was okay, but after tonight's experience, I will not be back for a very long time.

All we wanted was some coffee, but after being seated, the wait staff completely forgot about my boyfriend and I. We sat there for at least half an hour waiting for somebody to take our order.

We were willing to be patient because it was so busy, but we watched as the only waitress working passed our table time and time again while our menus sat in front of us and we had no drinks at our table. Other patrons seemed to be getting decent service; especially the waitress' friends who she kept stopping to talk to.

So after we officially gave up on this place, we walked out and decided to go to Starbucks instead. The best part? Not a single person working even seemed to notice us leave empty handed.

We may be back when it's been long enough for there to be a chance that the quality of servers has improved drastically, but I know plenty of other places that sell similar products anf have better service, such as Lollicup and Taipei 101. We were incredibly disappointed.
