Hakaido milk tea is great.
Should keep straws for large size as well. I was unable to finish my drink because straw was too small.

The customer service here is just straight awful. Which is ironic because the core of this business is customer service. It’s as simple as that.

Which is to bad. Because this place is supposedly where friends go and hangout. They should put on the wall a poster says “The Tea club, where friends feel UNWELCOMED” haha

Extremely disappointed with the teas/boba. Me and a big group of friends came here and got different drinks, and every single one I tried was NOT good.

If you come here, don’t expect much from the drinks. I wasted 7.50 to suffer through my drink.

Tea size was pretty big, tea was good but tastes normal. The food was good but pretty pricey for ok food. The dessert was good but very expensive. We got the marshmallow toast, was literally just big slices of toast, fruit and a scoop of ice cream on the side, and halved marshmallows on top that were cooked. The marshmallows were the best part, but only on the top piece, seems like they skimp and don’t put any on the bottom. Total for one Thai tea, one plate of orange chicken/rice, and one dessert, 31$. Pretty pricey. Customer service was pretty poor.

Would I come back? Sure, but to try different stuff, I definitely wouldn’t order the same food again. I saw other food items with huge portions and huge teas

This is the spot to go to! Only reason I give 4 stars is because it's too popular now & there's a lot of people, but when I first went here, like 2 years ago, it was just a really nice chill place. The environment felt so relaxing & welcoming. Now there's a lot of people & doesn't feel as relaxed as before but you can still have lots of fun. They also have board & card games!

Showed up 10 minutes before they closed, they told me they had closed early and couldn’t make me my tea. The two girls in front refused even though I said they didn’t close until 9, I had a simple order and I had driven two hours away to get the tea. Then the two men in the back saw me, asked what I wanted and said they would make it for me. Definitely the best tea around! So thankful those men were nice enough to make me my drink!

Vietnamese coffee was very strong which I loved! Only gave 4 stars because the music inside is way too loud! I could barely hear the guy taking my order. And no, I am not an old person.

I've been here multiple times in the past and gotten my drinks to go. I noticed that the drink you order to stay was massive in comparison and I've always wanted to stay and hangout on the couch and play games. My boyfriend and I got the Taro smoothie with boba and it didn't disappoint!

This place is really overpriced for the quality of the boba we got. It's cute, I'll give it that. But it kind of strikes me as a pretty run of the mill boba shop. To be fair, we got there after the kitchen had closed (at 3pm??) so I didn't get to try any of their snacks. But yeah, their boba was just ok. Too pricy in my opinion.

I have ordered three drinks from here. I think it was one with a Japanese city name, Thai and maybe lavender. The only one that was good was the Okinawa, the rest were too bitter, too watery and too floral. The drinks were put in tall skinny plastic cups, it looked nice but you get less than the usual boba place would give you. The boba was hard in the middle, tasted stale and like cardboard. The place looked nice. The staff were very mean. There was one lady who looked new she was nice and the one interacting with customers, the others made the experience really negative with their attitudes, and they looked very angry all the time. I didn't try the food, I haven't been back since and would never come here for boba. The desserts look great but I can only guess that they are like the tea.
