Suju's Coffee & Tea

Was a nice quick stop for coffee and some brekkie. My dumb*ss thought it was Starbucks, but was pleasantly surprised when the selection blew that overpriced cardboard distribution center outta the water. Love this place, great food, fantastic drink selection, and the ambiance is just what a coffee shop should be!

What once was a nice place to sit and meet friends or study has become very crowded. There is an outdoor sitting option though.
The desert options aren't fresh anymore, it seems they are storing these overnight. Cakes are frozen.

My wife and I went to the Stevenson Location at 6:40am when they opened at 6. There was an employee sweeping with earbuds in at the entrance and received no greeting. The cashier just stared at us not saying anything, we took less then a minute to look at the menu seeing as we only order espresso shots and as we start to approach the register and regular guest walk in and the cashier says to us "I'm going to help him first since her knows what he wants" and we chose to not cause issues so we let the gentleman go first . Then our turn the whole interaction the cashier was very rude and condescending and you could tell she didn't want to serve us , there was only 1bagel in the display window so when I ordered a bagel with cream cheese she rolled her eyes and stated "that's the only 1 I have" and I said it's fine. We received our espresso shots in less than 2 minutes by the barista but the cashier prepared our bagel and literally took 8 minutes to toast a bagel and put cream cheese on it. It wasn't even toasted it was put in the microwave! After about 5 minutes I asked the barista about our bagel and she looked at me annoyed and replied with "it's in the toaster" to which I asked if it always takes this long and she rolled her eyes said yes and walked away. Then proceeded with to tell the cashier as they look at the time and shrugged. When the bagel was finally ready the cashier threw my bag on the counter and walked away. Needless to say customer service is not their focus. Very disappointed. This is why we go to Starbucks

They have various drinks ranging from like $2 to $5.5. The cashiers are very kind and they can make adjustments to the drinks you want. For example, they only had hot chocolate on their menu but they could make me iced chocolate. The fraps are very good but a little bit too sweet for me. Besides that, it's a good place to work and hang out with your friends.

Great variety of desserts and coffee drinks.
Ample seating and iconic mug wall.
Great place to study or do group projects.

The pre-packed caesar salad had no caesar dressing. Replaced with ranch dressing, but when we tried the salad, the tomatoes tasted spoiled. When we asked, the person at the counter said that it is our fault that we picked that salad box. Will not patronize again!

Very clean with outside seating since there are no tables available because of the pandemic.
Coffee is fresh and very tasty. Pastry is fresh and good.

Good coffee and breakfast options. The sitting area is clean and organized. Maybe busy during times.

Really good coffee, and excellent selection of pastries, treats and other food. If you're looking for a gift, they have a large selection of specialized mugs for sale. Great costumer service!

I like this location. The staff is always friendly and fast. Its a great atmosphere to work or study which is great during remote life after covid, esp. in the patio to get some vitamin d. I took off one star because there's a non-smoking sign but I wish they wouldn't allow smoking in the outdoor patio. I love the patio but I can't be out there getting second hand smoke when someone is smoking. Please kindly ask patrons to put out their cigarettes. Thank you!
