So, I came in one morning walking towards the nail shop next door with my mother and I understand that pehaps the son was trying to advertise for the buisness since his family owns it. He said I was cute and such and tried to make friendly conversation with my mother and I. But when I came over later to get some drinks, he approached me and tried to have friendly conversation but asked if he could hang out with my mother and I next door. I have never felt so uncomfortable..

I had the vietspresso. Very fragrant coffee and flavorful. Ambience inside the coffee house is nice. Simple and clean decorations. The place is also spotless. I'd love to come back.

Loved the atmosphere and decor with lots of spaces to move around and tables to sit. But the order line is confusing and is in the middle of all the tables and is ver inconvenient and cluttered to walk around. Ordered is very slow even when is not busy at the store.

First time coming in and wow, the coffee was spectacular. The first sip was honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had in a while and I’m so happy my companion introduced me to it. We got their signature coffee with condense milk. I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

They keep increasing the price of the drinks. Boba went from .50$ to 1.25$. For 1.25$ BOBA. Robbery. Used to be regular customer until the owner greed kicked in. I understand inflation, but it ain’t that much for boba

Found this place while driving up the 99- so glad I stopped! Not a great area it didn’t seem like (strip mall vibe) but inside it’s pretty cool and the variety of coffee options is amazing. Vietnamese teas, bubble tea and some different milk teas. I had the iced caramel macchiato and it tasted incredible! Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area or passing through!

Been wanting to try this place for a while. It's soooooo super cute and hipster inside! I got the tiramisu coffee. I asked for it hot but it came iced. Not a deal breaker so I didn't have them remake it. It was super yummy! I just don't typically care for iced coffee because the way it gets watered down when the ice melts freaks me out, but since I was headed home I threw it in an insulated tumbler and was good to go! The coffee itself was yummy and if you like iced coffee I would definitely recommend!

Best Vietnamese coffee! They use the “phin” - the filter to make the coffee so it has a very unique taste. I ordered C4: Phin Coffee with Coconut Milk. The bitterness of the coffee blended out very well with the creamy and fatty taste of coconut milk. Definitely come back!

We just left a few minutes ago on there second day of their grand opening. We had quite a few ppl ahead of us but it took probably less then five mins to get our drinks. The service seems good , inviting and friendly. The menu had a good variety so it was easy to choose from while we were waiting in line. My hunny chose the traditional Vietnamese coffee with mocha hazelnut and I went with the coffee tiramisu. The coffee seem very good quality and delicious. Overall a first good impression. :)

The best feeling ever is when you walk into a place you will be ordering a drink or food from and see the place is completely SPOTLESS!
Super clean.
The latte is bomb and so in the jasmine milk tea.
Only waited 5 minutes and orders were out.
That being said, not an actual coffee place, they dont have honey or oat milk. But makes sense since it's mostly a boba place.
