They need 101 customer service lessons. How hard is it to acknowledge your customers? Try to smile! I don't care to know about your sick leave/vacation days. Ignoring your customers and carrying on your conversations is rude!

For chocoholic coffee drinkers, try the dark chocolate mocha. They have soy milk, almond milk, and coconut milk for you to customize the coffee to your health preferences.
For tea drinkers, try the genmaicha which is a green tea with the flavor of toasted brown rice.
Knocking off 1 star because the parking lot immediately in front is somewhat tiny and I don't want to park in a parking garage when I'm going on a coffee run.

I can't remember a Coffeebean n Tea Leaf that I have ever had a bad experience. Always friendly service and delicious teas. It's nice to have that consistency that I can rely on.

Coffee Shops should be on the ground floor of every office complex. CB is delicious and convenient right off Sepulveda. Weekdays it'll be crowded, but on the weekends you'll have the place to yourself.
