Second time I visited this place and their coffee and customer service have been excellent. The Usual is the best drink I've tried so far it's strong but smooth, creamy and just the right amount sweetness. The staff was helpful, attentive and fast. The place is aesthetically pleasing it's so colorful and bright. Also, I love that their profits go to charity. Without of doubt this has become a favorite spot. Keep up the good work!

A cool coffee shop find in the OC!

Lion and Lamb Coffee Roasters is a great, unpretentious coffee shop that delivers solid coffee; a good amount of room to work/chat/study in; and some good variations.

The actual coffee shop is on the side of a church. Just keep an eye out for Watermark Church. Parking-wise, there is usually plentiful street parking or some limited side parking (note the signage where the cafe parking ends and the office parking begins where you can't park).

Coming in, I've usually only had to wait at most like about 10 minutes when things were super busy, but the line is usually pretty quick. I really like all the little items that you could check out from merchandise to cold food items like yogurt to other drink options. Once you get to the front, don't forget to check out the handwritten specials to the right!

I usually grab a cold brew which I think is solid for about $5ish. And yep! They have different milk options available as well.

The main cafe area is chill with some desks / seating available (believe there are a few outlets available around). The WiFi as well is pretty reliable. If the main area is too busy, they have other adjacent areas also available to find seating.

The only thing I'd love to see more of in the future is some more food options! They have pastries and a lovely breakfast burrito with a nice hot sauce to go with it (not too much customization other than bacon or no bacon).

Would totally go back.

Hot Toffee Latte and big cookie are excellent! I just wish they had the big cookie everyday.

Found this shop on Instagram through @occoffeeculture and it’s the perfect place to sit and stay (and take cute Instagram pictures)!

DRINKS - Drinks are so creative - unique flavors like lavender milk and a seasonal pumpkin chai.

RETAIL - They sell live plants (!!) and pins from @hemleva ... such a great spot for gifts.

GIVE BACK - 100% of the profits from your purchase of their coffee beans goes to charities to end problems like hunger, thirst, and homelessness. Owned by Rosie and Rick (coffee power couple), they embody what it means to build real, impactful community over coffee.

Aptly named and directly connected to Watermark Church (and a cluster of other churches), this little Costa Mesa coffee shop serves as hub for a number of businesses and locals alike. Tucked away in an industrial area, and close to the 55 freeway, it's easy to find, yet simple to miss if you aren't looking. Service is kind and friendly and surprisingly fast for the number of customers. The Salted Toffee Latte is wonderful, albeit rather sweet (hence the name) and sinfully delicious. The pastries look tasty and the quiche was excellent.

Salted toffee latte is sweet but delicious. I understand why it's their most popular item:)

The toasted coconut almond latte is the best latte I've ever had. I got it with oat milk. The almond flavor was so strong and delicious. Great service and a great product! It took me a minute to find it so don't turn where the church is, turn in at the next little parking lot and it's just a door in the pink wall

Great little space and really fantastic baristas. Always busy but there is lots places to sit and work or socialize. Cozy and welcoming.

Phenomenal products and service. Jamie helped us who is a gem and alone would be worth the trip back. Tried the strawberry matcha and it was delicious!

Lion & Lamb Coffee is a Christian based coffee shop that I happen to stumble upon in Costa Mesa today. The fact that it is Christian based was an absolute plus esp since I'm Christian, I knew I had to support them. If you're not a Christian no worries at all, they don't press Christianity upon anyone so don't let that stop you from enjoying AMAZING coffee!!.
