Staff was friendly and fast. Caramelized brown sugar boba was really good! The strawberry berry drink was decent. The store was clean. Explicit music was playing in the background at the store hence my four star review.

Just found out about this place from my aunt. Their Okinawa Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea are definitely delicious. Last time I tried I didn’t taste that powdery after taste. A powdery after taste is an indication of not mixing well or the ratio of liquid to powder is not correct. I didn’t taste it last time or this time. The boba is cooked just right with just a hint of sweetness.

Will definitely be going back if I’m around the area again.

I've tried almost all of them. Definitely take your pick but none of them are a letdown.

Easily the best cooked tapioca pearls I’ve ever had. Not too hard or too soft. I came in for lunar new year’s free tiger sticker (so cute) and it was great they did that little deal. Brown sugar boba is great.

Very clean and friendly staff gave us suggestions of drinks to try. We ordered the Thai milk tea, oreo tea and mango passion tea. All 3 were ordered with boba and were very delicious. We will be back.

I wanted to like this place. My daughter raves about this place and goes here almost once a week. I finally make it here and I’m hoping they have taro milk tea and they did. I order what I wanted and asked for 75% sweetened and light ice. The girl at the counter asked me if I wanted boba, I said yes. I was on the phone FaceTiming with my fiancé’ who heard me say yes to boba. When my order was placed on the counter I noticed first hand that they mistakenly put in the lychee jelly. I told them right away and without hesitation they said that what I ordered. No, I mentioned. So they then took it back and since I trusted that they would start over with my order, I waited patiently. After they fixed my order, I left immediately, got in my car, took a sip and right away there was the taste from the lychee jelly still in my drink. I’m thinking they just took out the jelly and replaced it with boba. How cheap!!! The syrup from the lychee is very distinct. Hope it was worth it for them because they lost a customer. Advice to owners, don’t do this to people especially someone who’s Asian and probably knows all about boba.

Ok this is new place in town and good one for boba and other tea must to try is brown sugar boba and other tea thai simple and green match also good , quality of cup are good not like many no spills and different variety options to choose from

Nice place to chill and charge your phones! They have charges for all phones by the tables so you can charge as you enjoy your delicious drink. Great service. The mango tea with boba was okay but, the strawberry smoothie was so good.

Had a really bad experience at Clovis Rare Tea. I ordered a Signature House Coffee and what I got was a horrible tea. Absolutely no taste of coffee whatsoever in the "Signature House Coffee". Such a misrepresentation.
