The espresso mojito was the smoothest, most delicious sip of coffee I can remember ever gracing my tongue. I'm in love. 😍 The homemade tomato soup is an amazing counterpart.

Good but not as good as they used to be. Coffee is pretty tasty but they no longer make some of my favorites like hazelnut coffee (haze craze). Likely this is due to change in ownership and the impact of covid. Overall, if you are in the Madison bear part of town, this is the best coffee spot...only second best to the amazing Brave coffee (assuming you're willing to drive there).

I used to love this place but ever since they started closing early I haven't been going at all really. I'd go more often if they stayed open til 11 again cuz it really helps me get my homework done to have somewhere else besides my very distracting house to do it. The coffee is good, but the tea is better. The food is good too. I also miss the punk shows.

Delicious coffee and a great spot to get some work done or relax a bit.

Staple downtown coffee shop with all the basics for your caffeine needs. Good virus protocol and plenty of outdoor seating extended into the street. Always awesome at up on the walls that is usually for sale. They had had live music in the evenings before the pandemic and they were well attended. I usually get a mocha of some sort and it's always tasty and pretty with some foam design. Get Naked today!

I have been coming to this shop since it opened about 20 years ago. Despite changes in ownership, the coffee is always excellent. The staff are consistently warm, knowledgeable, and friendly. Local art works hang on the walls. The Lounge has a college-vibe, but people of all ages come to hang out, study, work, play, and enjoy a true community setting.
The building has to be 100 years old and is a bit rustic--you won't confuse it with a sparkling new Starbucks. The music selections are sort of all over the map because the baristas all have their favorite genres, so maybe bring headphones and your own music.

It's always been a relaxing environment and great place to meet friends. Great Baristas and quality espresso drinks. The owner is a very personable and sweet, she seems like she genuinely cares about her staff and patrons as well.

Baristas are great. Cafe feels run down. Prices are too high. Tables and seating is uncomfortable and / or cramped. Not enough outlets to plug in, But the coffee is really good. 🤔 I want to like this place more, but I get a better cafe experience elsewhere. It's like you're paying Bay area prices and getting a shabby uncomfortable place to sit.

Their house coffee is so good. The environment and ambiance is always delightful. I love seeing the ever-changing art on the walls. They know how to keep the place from getting stale. The Bowl of Soul is my absolute favorite thing on their menu.

It's one of the few authentic atmospheres for the connoisseur of the modern hipster genre. There's actually naked art on the walls fairly often, if you like naked art. I do get quite sleepy every time I come in here, much to the detriment of my reading plans. But the coffee is tasty and the hot chocolate...well, let's just say this is the best place to get hot chocolate in Chico. The wood flooring, antique furniture, low lighting, and friendly staff make it a fun experience.
