always very helpful and they had the book I wanted

Good bookstore. Lots of new books and fun games. Quite pricy the only downside

This store is very well stocked and if by chance I need to order the staff is so helpful. Deliveries come quickly to my home. Store is clean and my happy place. Enjoy a coffee once I am finished getting my items.

This is the worst B&N ever. I just came and asked nicely to the employees “Do you guys have this in stock, is the truck come today yet”. And the managers came to me and said “Stop harassing my employees by asking them a lot”. You work as an associate which mean to help customer and when your customers asked for stuff, you said it harassment, this makes no sense at all.

I like this store a lot. They did obviously adapt to being something more than just a book store but it is still a good book store. Went in for something for me and my child and fortunately it had everything we needed. One thing I have noticed is of the books is in a series hard to find the older ones usually just have the most recent release

I only went into the store because you can reach a Pokemon gym from inside and it was blisteringly hot out. So a group of us raided from inside the store, in the seating area. I also got a fairly good cold brew from the Starbucks inside.

Otherwise I really can't stand B & N. It feels like a museum to obsolete forms of entertainment media where you can buy the exhibits for way too much money.

So, it gets a bonus star for some functions of the building completely exclusive to it being an actual Barnes and Noble.

Always clean and the staff is helpful

Clean, well organized and helpful. Quiet place to read and get a magazine and Starbucks too. Several places to sit and read.

Helpful staff, large selection, good sales!

It gets 5 stars for selection. If you don't find what your looking for I am surprised.
They have a large Starbucks so you can enjoy yourself.
Great kids area that does events.
Massive bargain book area for gifts.
