Though B&N can never really capture the beauty that is a local Cafe and used book store it does its better than most corporations trying to emulate that homey feel. By no means is it a bad place. Excellent way to find collectable cards, board games, books and knowledgeable folks.

Worst bookstore ever!!!!!! Horrible service and I was followed through the whole store the whole time I was in there. Mind you I work in the same shopping plaza as them and I was wearing my work uniform. I literally showed no sign of being suspicious besides reading a book which I put back as soon as I was done. But was still followed for over 10 min just looking for other books. I was literally treated like a criminal just for browsing the store.

This location is stuffed with collectibles and boardgame merch for days!! Better than any location I've been to. Great store!!

They have a great selection of books and all kinds of novelty gift items as well. A large cookbook section tailored to every diet imaginable and even a massive manga and comics section! :3

I just had a one-star experience. All the other ones have been amazing! I was just in there and bought a few books. Sky was helping us out at the cash register. She saw that I didn't get my daughter the books that she wanted. She treated me horrifically. And she ripped up receipts and was very passive aggressive. Little does she know that my daughter can't read and I wasn't about to buy $50 books when I could go to the library and check them out. My daughter can read whatever she wants. But I'm not going to pay $50 and I shouldn't have to feel guilty about it.

Clean store, nicely organized, but only one checker. They were also very helpful over the phone!!! You can speak to a live person! So awesome

Great selection of books, magazines, and toys for all ages with helpful booksellers who offer excellent customer service, willing to search and suggest items so you can find just what you need. I love to walk through the store to see what is featured on the display tables and end caps. The front of the store has the newest and best selling books, with a large selection of high quality bargain items. You might end up in the store for longer than anticipated, so plan for at least an hour if you like to browse and expect to find gift ideas for others. Be sure to stop by the cafe to grab a drink and snack before you head out!

For goodness sake, hire some people for your register. The line was 20 people long with 2 cashiers. I just left my stuff...I don't need it that bad. And this happens all the time when I go in here. We shouldn't have to stand in line to give our money away.

Haven't been in town with a book store in years. My kids are all voracious readers. When I took them the first time a couple weeks ago, you would have thought I took them to Disney. They replaced some of their bookshelves with toys, but other than that it's amazing.
