Tea Be Honest

This was a fun experience! I ordered a chai tea and it is yummy! Everyone was patient with us as we were not from the area.

All the boba spots I've tried in the area, these guys are the best!

The drinks are good which is why I kept coming back but after my last experience I can’t see past the rudeness and condescending tone of the employees to the customers. Especially the employee with orange hair and glasses. Maybe this is just at the Cathedral city location but unfortunately I will be finding a different spot to get my boba fix

The tea was fine, nothing compared to "higher-end" boba shops. It's good if this is relatively your only experience with boba (tea) drinks. Probably going to keep looking for better places in this city.

Love Tee Be Honest In Palm Desert, in Cathedral City not so much, need to work on coustermer service.

Really nice staff.
The tea itself is meh. Barely any flavor. Sometimes it seems as if it's not brewed properly. Other times it just seems like you're only drinking milk or sugar and no tea at all.
The few good things here are probably the fruit teas and the actual tapioca.

I suggest going to momo, bunny or happy tea instead.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I don't understand why people are NOT trained properly anymore when it comes to customer service. This place really needs to take a hard look at the people they employ and stop being so desperate to have someone behind the counter that they would allow their employees to walk around with a nasty attitude and disrespectful mouth. The drinks are amazing but I will not be going back. This wasn't the first time I have had a problem with the service at this same location.
